Christmas Countdown - 2016

Doing my best to enjoy every second Edge! Headed out to the River one last time Thursday-Saturday. After that, it's really going to feel like fall I think in my brain...not in weather though!

I work Wednesday and then I'm off for 4 days...for me that's a vacation since I rarely take more than 3 day weekend. It's going to be hot and humid so I'm still gonna feel very summery with these days off. I'm trying to enjoy the rest of summer...but smiling at the fact that we still have the best 4 months of the year by far ahead of us.

That would be great! I really like the newer grassy turf that a lot of stadiums now use. It feels just like grass when you walk/run on it and looks like grass too.

That would be great too, as long as there is no mowing.

Fall items finally hit the local Rite Aid,Dollar Generals and Family Dollars here.

Costco had some Halloween decorations and costumes out already.

I love that, we are doing a Thanksgiving prequel this Saturday, with a turkey and all the fixings.

Maggie ended up having a pretty bad reaction to the new medicine. We had a terrible night and today wasn't much better. We're going try another round of antibiotics instead. She'll be on the antibiotics for a month. Fingers crossed, hopefully the poor thing will sleep better tonight.

School shopping is done for the season, after hours of shopping for the boys, we were exhausted. Tomorrow will be a down day at home, hoping the TV guy will be here to fix the issues with it.
