Morning/Afternoon/Evening everyone!! It's the start of the "crazy" week for me. 5 days to the wedding. Just have some little stuff to wrap up for the wedding, but it seems that there's a ton of them. I have off Friday and Monday so hopefully Monday I can relax and recover.

I guess because he's smaller than Nitro he doesn't rip his toys. Nitro tried to tear every toy he had up. And he was pretty successful. Rollins wants to actually play with them and run back and forth.

Does Rollins like to fetch? Leo could literally fetch a ball for hours....he LOVES it...lol

Happy Monday!
Hope everyone had a nice weekend. It flew by for me. We attended a 30th birthday party for my nephew on Saturday. Still can't believe he's 30, I feel so old! I was just a teenager when he was born, the years have flown by.
Yesterday we ended up bringing Maggie in to the animal hospital because she was fussing with her paw. The doctor said it looked like it was a bit inflamed but couldn't find a reason why. They sent me home with a topical spray to give her some relief. She's already on antibiotics in case there's something else going on. She hasn't touched it so far today, so fingers crossed the topical spray is taking care of whatever was bothering her. Another weekend has gone by and my husband still didn't take my Autumn decorations down. By the time we got home from the animal hospital yesterday he had too many things to take care of around the house. I didn't want to go in to the attic myself, but I may have to.
Not too much going on today, typical day of errands and chores. The temperatures have cooled off a bit, it was beautiful when I woke up this morning. It's going to warm up to a high of 75 today.

I got a few things done today after all. I edited a piece I recorded last week for LibriVox and submitted it, and got some video work done on this year's YuleTube (after a false start that caused me to waste an hour). Hoping to do some more video and audio work tomorrow. 'Tis the season! (But I'm also hoping to sleep in, which I couldn't do this morning.) Oh, and I crocheted, of course. Very few days go by that I don't get a little crochet in.

Had a fine evening watching Straight No Chaser (again---our PBS station reran it), and a great program about Bing Crosby. I hope everyone here had as nice an evening!

That program about Bing Crosby is probably the one I recorded a few years ago and never was able to see due to the Phantom DVR program eraser kid that lives in the house.

Good morning all. Looks to be a beautiful Sunday here in South Dakota. Got my little duties out of the way, so a full day of the NFL lies ahead. I usually stick with the NFL Red Zone broadcast to catch every game, every score and... no commercials. I plan on watching it all from the comfort of my office, so I will undoubtedly get some things done in there as well.
It is 5:30 in the morning here and I hope you all have a great day. Looks like even Snowflake22 is getting a chance to sleep in. Good for you young lady. Here is a nice pic to get you all in the mood (either for football or just for a smile)

I usually watch NFL Redzone when the Bengals aren't on around here in New England. Next Sunday's game is probably the game of the week versus the Steelers, and I am stuck with the Patriots against Dolphins on local TV. So Redzone it is, I despise the Patriots.

Good morning all my Christmas loving friends !

it has been a crazy week here, crazy few weeks actually.
Made 306 cupcakes and one 3 tiered cake yesterday. 5 hours of work

thanks to LittleCS and my favorite son for their help !
(note he is using a Christmas mug for the sprinkles ! )

it is our church's 100th anniversary today. We are having a special service then a community wide pork roast and block party with those jumping things for the kids and lots of fun...bring a lawn chair.

Does Rollins like to fetch? Leo could literally fetch a ball for hours....he LOVES it...lol

That's his favorite thing to do. He takes the ball/toy drops it near me and waits for me to pick it up. I throw it and he goes after it, gets it, brings it back and drops it near me again. Nitro was weird because he wouldn't let you pick up the toy. When you went to grab it he'd take it in his mouth and not let you take it. Rollins though goes to take it from you but purposely lets you grab it from him so you can throw it.

Absolutely HMG. Hard to believe it's 15 years!!! Yet in some ways it seems a million years ago. But I remember it like yesterday. I was on my college campus at class and then I started hearing on my little transistor radio around 9AM (when I had a break) about everything that was happening. Of course, at that time we didn't realize exactly what was happening. That was still the most surreal day that I've ever been alive and I hope we never ever see anything that terrible again.

That was the most surreal day. We were all gathered around the tv's watching what was going on. People shopping and crying, coworkers so traumatized they left the store in tears. I was sent home by management due to rumors floating about they were going to close the state lines. I worked 55 miles from home in Connecticut at the time, I barely remember the drive home due to the shock of what had happened.

Pleasant evening everyone! I wanted to send a long over due hello to you all from Connecticut. In about an hour or two i will start my drive back to Maryland from my weekend visit up here.

I think about everyone, the site and everything related to Christmas all of the time. It's even more special to me, that I have a special friend that loves Christmas as much as I do. And that folks, is a very, very welcome Change in my life.

I hope everyone is doing well, in good health and has been good!!!!
