That is adorable. Loki doesn't knead. He agressively tugs and pulls and scratches at the blankets until he's satisfied with his spot. Differences between cats and dogs.

My beagle growing up was the same way. He wasn't allowed on beds, though, which made his routine super cute. Your'e right. It is a big difference between cats and dogs!

Happy Thursday everyone ~
Just a quick hello, I have to head out to run a couple of errands. I had Maggie at the groomer this morning, I almost canceled because she's still having trouble with her tummy. Not sure what's bothering her. May be the antibiotics she's on. Cant wait until she finishes this round, there's just a couple of days left. She made it through the appointment just fine but I'm glad it's over with. No way I could have rescheduled, the groomer is completely booked up until the New Year. I made her holiday appointments back in September. Anyway, I'm going to run my errands quick so I could get back home to her. I'll just be working on some chores around the house this afternoon. Dinner is already cooking in the crock pot, we're having pulled pork tonight. I'm going to pick up fresh rolls while I'm out and make coleslaw to go with it. That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!

Hopefully Maggie's stomach settles down soon. Have the antibiotics helped though? Thank goodness she didn't get sick at the groomer's, though I'm sure they've seen it happen. Hope the rest of your day goes well HMG.

I love crockpot dinners, and we almost never use it.

I think Lulu has an appointment early next week. I hope Maggie doesn't hate it as much as Lulu does!

How does Lulu react? Our groomers tell us that Loki is quiet and a sweetheart, which is surprising because he usually barks at every human and dog he sees. But of course as soon as we go get him and he steps out, he goes ballistics.

She starts getting very nervous as we near the driveway of the groomer. When we go inside, she starts a terribly pitiful whimpering. The groomer says she's always a good girl, just scared to death. I hate being the one to take her LOL!

That is just like Loki when we go to the vet. And 9 times out of 10 I'm the one taking him. Poor little Lulu.

Thanks brent! It's been pretty darn good. Even better when I got home for lunch to find my hubby getting the outside of the house & the garage ready for Thanksgiving! (trimmed shrubs, cleaning windows, cleaned up the garage...)

Awe - poor sweeties! Gracie can't jump out of the vehicle & get inside fast enough. Although she does act like she wants to go back home with me. She just wants to go in & say hello & leave. Ha ha!!!

Hi everyone! Well I had 1 test today and felt pretty good about it. Now back to studying for the rest of the day haha. Anyways tomorrow is my other test, but after that Im going home! Making the 4 hour drive back to home for Thanksgiving!! So excited. Im skipping my Monday and Tuesday classes (dont tell my proffesors ) But I am so excited to be home for 10 days!!
Plus the 4 hour drive back, is going to be 4 hours of Christmas music!!

They ripped it apart today. I have to set it up again.

When you catch them getting into the tree, a couple squirts from a water gun will stop that. It won't hurt them, but it will deter them. I know this from experience!

We had neighbors a few doors down who always put blue bulbs in her candoliers. Even as a child I thought, why blue bulbs? I really didn't like 'em! But in their largest window they had a candolier of bubble lamps, and those fascinated me. When we visited, I always had to go look at those!

My maternal grandparents had the candoliers & used red bulbs. We used red bulbs too until the clear bulbs came along. Parents of one of my life-long friends still uses them and they have orange bulbs.

I've wondered how you were faring. I'm glad they got the fires in your area under control. It's hard to imagine why anyone would want to start those fires. I hope they get prosecuted to the fullest extent.
