Christmas Countdown - 2016

Merry Christmas Eve everyone! My favorite day of the year is here. Although to be honest I think these next 36 hours or so are 1 big long special day. They kind of are linked and Christmas Eve morning always starts off "normal" enough and just builds as the hours go throughout the day for me. By afternoon it will start to feel more and more special and then the evening well there's nothing like Christmas Eve evening with family and a big 2 hour dinner. It's the best and I just want to say thank you to everyone on here because thanks to you guys we keep this alive all year...and it makes it even more special when it gets here.

Merry Christmas Eve, MMC!!!! I have a few things to get done this morning and then it will be off to my aunts for our Christmas Eve festivities. I'll have Kringle Radio on in the background the whole time. I hope everyone has a great day!!!!

Good Morning, Ever Excited and Eager Eve Expectors.

Well, Folks. We have arrived in style -- MMC style.
And it is Christmas Eve once again!

Days to Christmas Day: 1 (That would be tomorrow, Folks. Yes. Tomorrow.)
Our long journey ends tonight. The plane has landed and is at the arrival gate just about ready to open its doors.


A bit on the chilly side here yesterday but all in all, really pretty nice for late December. There was plenty of sun and no preciptation of any kind.
(We will enjoy it while we can!)
Our thermometer informs us that this fine Christmas Eve has commenced here at 45 degrees.


You. Each and every one of you. Have a Sensational Saturday and a truly memorable Christmas Eve. You deserve it, my Friends.

Loads of thanks once again for counting down with me for the last 366 days. After all, this is a special kind of journey. The kind that cannot be traveled alone. It's one that must be taken together with like-minded people. People who know what it's all about and understand what it all means.

Merry Christmas everyone! I don't know how often I'm going to be able to get on here and visit with my MMC family. I will be thinking of you all, though. This year has been a trying one for me near the end of the year, but thanks to my wife and my MMC family and especially @Jeff Westover for giving this crazy guy a second year to indulge in my two favorite things, radio and Christmas, my Christmas spirit is no where near as low as it could have been. Praying for a much better year next year for me and of course I wish each and everyone of you guys a very Merry Christmas and a joyous and prosperous New Year from my family to all of yours!! Enjoy these two days we look forward to and countdown to every year!
