Hmmm..... I AM feeling just a little maniacal about now.
OK, let's try this on for size: We are now down to SINGLE DIGITS to the one-third marker to Christmas Season 2017. NINE DAYS!
(Oh, Yeah! And now those maniacal tendencies are no longer latent!)


Chilly again yesterday but that should be it for a while. Today should see us well into the 60's, with 70's on tap for tomorrow and Wednesday.
We have started off on the cold side here this morning at 36 degrees, but it should be warming up fairly quickly.

Thanks Crown! Looks like we score another crazy week of weather here. This is getting ridiculous.

Morning! Weekends go too fast don't they? It was a very cold weekend though. I hope we don't have one that cold for a long time now. It was colder than most January and February weekends. March can never decide if it wants to be winter or spring. The switch was fun and got some errands done but now back to work for 5 days. Next weekend actually is the shortest weekend of the year as we have to turn the clocks ahead 1 hour. At least that means it will be getting warmer and lighter out! Have a great day!

Morning Edge. We had our brief chill earlier last week. Yesterday was 61 and today is suppose to be 67 (57 as I am writing). I love the Spring forward, since I will be at work and also means I will get off an hour earlier. Oh, they will let us stay until 8AM if we want to, but.... nay!!

You must hate in the fall when we go backwards and you have to stay an extra hour then huh?
 
Good Morning MMC and another start of the week. I am so happy it will be warmer this week. The weekend was freezing! We are finally done with basketball...yay!! Just a regular work week for me and otherwise not too much going on!! Hope you all have a good day!

Actually no. Since Wal-Mart tries to stay away from overtime, we simply are not allowed to go to lunch break until after 2AM (for the clock portion) and we get to depart at 6AM. So I love that one too... a win-win scenario for me...

Have a great week SnowflakeMom. Our weather is looking up for now. May even get the yards raked up and ready for Spring feeding and seeding. Off today, so I have time to decide and even went shopping around 4:30AM. So nice and quiet at that time...

I've got the flu so no work for me today. Since I have to stay in I decided it's a good day to watch a Christmas movie... so I just watched A Christmas Story +n

Who else watches Christmas movies already (or still)?

Lol...they use to work it where they sent you home early when the clocks got turned back. But when set ahead it was okay to work your shift, and you didnt get paid for the O.T. If I remember right it took a employee lawsuit to straighten that out.
