We have a dreary/spitting rain kind of morning going on. They keep talking about strong storms later today & this evening. Hope that all misses us! Poor Gracie - I didn't let the basement door open for her!

Not much new going on today. Had a busy night last night. I had to rescue Emma & Alice from Walmart after work. Alice drove Emma to a party yesterday, & her car wouldn't start in the Walmart parking lot. After I got home I cut out & baked 103 sugar cookies for my nieces dessert table for her wedding. I also made the icing for them - Emma is going to icing them for me - very nice!I still need to do another batch though! I did some laundry & I made taco's for supper. I could not believe it when I looked at my Fitbit & it said it was 11:09pm - I had NO IDEA it was that late! Darn it! And here we are back at work already!!!
And by the way - Happy National Walking Day! I joined the "Great Walk Challenge" - starts today! Eek!

Thanks for helping me worry about Lulu, y'all! This morning the vet said she was doing great, but he wants to observe her bladder operation till the afternoon just to be sure. He said I could get her at 4pm. I hope she's not too mad at me for leaving her there.

Really doesn't matter anymore with so many customers/salesmen/technicians (and solicitors) using cell numbers.
A quick thought...I dont think I have had a home phone since around 2005ish. And even then I remember the last bill was like 56.00 and I only had close to $4.00 in toll calls for the month. I did have a cell phone at the time and decided I didnt need all the taxes and gov't fees for something I always had on me anyways.Ha ha ha!
