I have another busy weekend on tap. This time it's Jacob's fault. He's singing with the University Singers tonight, then he's in an opera Sunday afternoon. My Saturday is filled with yard work, pool work, and some work work.

Good Friday afternoon! I am currently at a walk-in clinic next to my work, where I was able to get an appointment for a problem with my left Achille's tendon that started about 3 weeks ago. It's cutting into my work day but since the pain has not subsided, I had no choice but to see a doctor. Hope everyone is enjoying a nice day before the weekend. Here the sun is out for the second day in a row, amazing!

Happy Saturday!
We have some showers & storms passing through right now but it's supposed to clear by mid morning. It's going to be partly sunny and warm, temperatures near 80. Not too much going on here today. My husband left for work already, he had to be on a job in the city. I'm going to head out to do some food shopping after the girls are all up and off to school & work. I'll just be working on some chores around the house this afternoon. Should be a relaxing evening. I picked up chicken & vegetable kabobs at the butcher yesterday, we're going to grill them for dinner. That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!
 
Good morning, Christmas friends. I needed to get up early and drink some coffee. I need piece and quiet like never before. We are having a really trying time at school and I haven't been able to get any time alone to think since Tuesday. It is a nightmare. If you get a few minutes to say a prayer for ol' Ballcoach and his kids, p[lease do so.

Going to try to do some cooking and dodge storms today. Looks like the worst will be here tomorrow, but some are coming today. I hate it when I can't go outside, but it does force me to rest. Right now, I need it.

Happy Saturday MMC! The last weekend of April! I already turned my calendar at work to May and my coworker said "I can't believe it" at the fact that we are entering May on Monday. It's crazy. But anyway we have this weekend of late April to enjoy first and I'm having my iced coffee and a coffee roll. Special Saturday breakfast after a busy work week. Warm weather today with temps near 80. That's what it was Friday as well but Sunday we expect a 20 degree drop to a high near 60. Have a great Saturday!!!
