Happy Friday Eve... My youngest is trying out for a play tonight for the summer play. They are doing The Lion King. She has to sing in front of people a little song. Everyone gets a part so that is a good thing...lol Finally some nice sunny weather and I think it is going to be warm this weekend....maybe we will go to the beach?? Hope everyone is having a great day!

Good morning MMC!!
Today we officially hit the 200 day window to Christmas. It seems almost like yesterday Crown was posting the new Countdown for 2017, and here we are celebrating 200 days till Christmas. Lets look at our Countdown numbers quick:
Days to the Season: 158
Days to Christmas: 200

All the best things about Christmas are just ahead of us now as soon as we get past the heat of summer. Interupting that heat will be our own CIJ though, a time to party with family and friends and obviously with QVC. And lastly a time to hangout with the running MMC threads. Everyone have a great day and tune in for tomorrows Countdown!

That 158 count to the season is looking better and better as well. It doesn't look like that big a number. It has really been going by fast counting down with all the great people here!

TGIF MMC! It's going to be a nice day here with high temps near 80 degrees with partly sunny skies. The real heat doesn't start to kick in till this weekend. Time to get that a.c. up! It definitely seems though this year the real summer warmth/heat is starting about a month later than the last few years. I wouldn't mind if it also slows down/ends a month earlier this year too. But I don't mind the summer and in fact like it for things such as days off and a 3 day weekend as I'm taking off. Have a great TGIF and hope you have a great start to your summer weekends!

Merry Friday,

Exhausted today. Stayed up watching the election coverage but only lasted till 230. Woke to the news of a hung parliament!! Britain just can't seem to catch a break since the last 12 months!! Whatever next!!

No confirmation about moving next Friday which is just emotionally exhausting at this point! So many arrangements need to be into place but can't until we know for sure. Okay rant over

Well have a wonderful Friday and weekend everybody. You all deserve it!

Good morning Countdown followers, posters and even people just browsing. Crown might be back today or might not, either way I hope he has a safe trip and brings us back some jumbo shrimp. (I like the 10/12 ct size Crown)
Today ushers in our Christmas Day count to the 100's range. And soon we will be coming up on another Milestone... but lets see how we stand as of now.
Days to the Season: 157
Days to Christmas: 199
As of tomorrow we will be 19 days away from the half-way point to Christmas!! Unbelievable as it seems, the numbers dont lie.

Thanks!! I am not sure what type of part she will get, it will prob be a group singing one. But that is ok..it is her first year and they work on all types of the play including the set, props etc..

Merry Friday! Just working today and we are getting our upstairs carpet cleaned. Not too many plans for the weekend. My daughter has a softball game tomorrow.
