I bet it's good! I see they have it on Amazon in a 15 oz pkg. It says to use 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp to = their old small packages. But for almost $12 I'm sure it's much cheaper & possibly better to make it yourself?

Here's the Spatini copycat recipe I use---and finicky Mr. says it's just like the real thing.
Ingredients:
1 beef bouillon cube, crushed to a powder (or 1 tsp beef bouillon granules)
1-1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp ground oregano
1/4 tsp ground thyme
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
pinch ground black pepper
Mix ingredients together in a small bowl. To make spaghetti sauce:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the seasoning mix, 1 tbsp oil (optional), desired tomatoes (see below), and amount of water listed below.
2. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring frequently, for the amount of time shown below.
Makes 4 servings.
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste: 1-1/2 cups water; simmer 5 min.
1 can (15 oz.) tomato puree: 3/4 cup water; simmer 5 min.
2 cups (16 oz.) crushed tomatoes: 1/2 cup water, simmer 15 min.
2 cups (16 oz.) carton pack tomatoes: no water; simmer 15 min.
For a spicier sauce:
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce: 1/2 cup water; simmer 15 min.
For a chunky, homestyle sauce:
1 can (14.5 oz.) whole tomatoes, cut up and undrained: 1/3 cup water; simmer 15 min.
1-1/4 pounds fresh, ripe tomatoes, pureed: no water; simmer 40 min.
To make Spatini Italiano dip:
Thoroughly combine seasoning mix with 1 pint sour cream; chill at least 1 hour.
