Happy Friday Eve!! I am just having a cup of coffee and going through work emails. I can't believe this weather, I am looking forward to some cooler temps and ready to start fall. I am off on Monday, it is my anniversary...18 years! My husband and I are going to go to this outdoor seafood place on the water for lunch. They have something called the "Lobster Bomb" that I want to try! Hope you all have a good day!

Good Thursday morning, Christmas friends!

I finally replaced the ailing pool pump & motor, and it's purring like Lulu getting her tummy scratched. I think the neighbors are putting away their pitchforks and torches now LOL!

I have another big limb down, this time on my roof. I guess I have to stand on the roof while running a chainsaw. That sounds like one of those "Hold my beer and watch this" moments.

Merry Thursday!
It's going to be cloudy & humid today with highs near 80 degrees. It's still pretty warm out there but my husband said he might cover the pool this weekend. We've been scooping lots of acorns out, seems like it's time. Anyway, not too much going on here. I'm going to run a couple of quick errands and then I'll be working on my daily chores. Dinner will be stuffed pork chops, baked sweet potatoes and roasted asparagus. That's about it for me. I hope everyone has a great day!

My neighbor use to do oil paintings. He was so talented. He has been gone for many, many years. We have 2 of his paintings hanging here in our office & my parents have one at their house too.

He recently told me he lost my Fall and Winter photos that I passed along so I'll have to make sure I have them on a USB so I can add them directly to his PC for future reference. He keeps saying he's finished as he has no more space on the walls to hang them, but I see room upstairs. HaHa. He has a thing for birch trees.

I had several friends snapping photos of themselves with Jerry O'Connell; he'd be more like a kid brother to me; I'd rather see Beau Bridges.

I missed the snowy scene yesterday, but there will be more. Overall, the locals are pretty cool about it, except for a few people who are upset because they have permits to disobey a few parking by-laws, etc. for the purpose of filming and where they "camp out".

It seems that they don't do any filming on the weekends guess that's why I keep missing all the excitement.

It is all looking great !
I took these pictures yesterday morning. They were just setting up at Cozyns so got to talk to the ladies who were hard at work.
They thought it was funny when I said I so wanted to stay and help !!

I have some errands to run this morning and then home for lunch. When LittleCS gets off work we will head over the fair to see if we won anything.

It's been a short work week for me, but I'm still looking forward to the weekend. O'Malley goes to the groomers and then I'm off to an optical shop for some special anti-driving-glare glasses.
Have to take a quick drive up the North HWY for some early Fall photos then grab my mom for lunch and shopping for my dad's 80th birthday surprise.
