Happy Halloween, Christmas friends!

Elizabeth played in the Powder Puff Football games last night. It's intended as a fund-raiser for the prom, and the girls in each HS grade play against each other. The Junior girls came in third place. That means they lost to either the Sophomores, or the Freshmen...or both! LOL It was a lot of fun, but it was cold!

Speaking of cold, it's supposed to be in the low 80's this weekend. Wow, that's a big change from frost yesterday.

Work is crazy, so I better get back to it.

I hope y'all have a scary good time tonight!

Our school had powder puff games a couple weeks ago! I didn't know they did that!

The race went OK, Holiday! My time was about 34 seconds slower than I had wanted, but I felt as if I ran hard. We purchased a very nice tree. More expensive than I wanted... We both agree that it was the best (fake) tree out of the three or four stores we went to. It is going to look wonderful in home in less than two weeks!

I saw your time in another post - 19:something...that's pretty amazing to me!! Great job!

On Saturday I pulled out Garfield and Charlie Brown and watched them back to back! I hadn't seen Garfield in a couple years ... I didn't remember much about it! (Isn't the voice of Garfield perfect?)

Looking forward to soon seeing the Thanksgiving episodes!

In the Garfield Thanksgiving, I love the way Grandma shows up and whips up dinner out of the wreck Jon made.

Happy Halloween, MMC!! We are still without power but we do have a generator that can power almost the whole house so that is good at least. They are saying it could be a multi-day restoration so I am hoping by tomorrow we get it back.

Hope your power is restored soon SnowflakeMom. We had some very strong winds as well yesterday and lights flickered a couple of times at work, but we were lucky to not lose power.

Such classics!! It is touching! I'll never forget the 1st time seeing the Christmas episode, I was hooked! It's possibly my favorite animated Christmas special. I love Grandma's laugh!!!

It only took about five (more) hours today, and it's done. Well, at least one of them us fully complete. The timestamps have been added and the playlist has is all ready in iTunes. I'm super excited to unveil 2017 Christmas Music Trivia #1 in 18 days!

That must have been the best lunch of the year! I had to listen to a few Christmas songs today (for trivia purposes). I'm going to do my best to hold off from now until the 13th at midnight! ...but if I go somewhere and it's already playing, I think I will have to make an exception and just enjoy it!
