How is the Sirius channel. ? I dropped it.

Plays a few songs over again in the same day that I could do without hearing more than once a week. That's like an earworm that's forced upon me. When that happens I turn the knob back to Christmas.

Looking forward already to our Raleigh Christmas parade this coming Saturday.
It's a REAL parade, not the "Broadway show" the Macy's parade has become.

I might make it to the Christmas train this year. It's usually bad weather and my husband won't let me drive on the "killer stretch" - too many accidents in bad weather - that's 'cause people speed on the icy HWY. And the Parade of Lights is also an adventure I haven't caught up with yet. Our local parade isn't much to get excited about, but I go every other year. I'd prefer if they didn't have themes and just let people enter their own floats and ideas about Christmas. This year it's Christmas as Canada 150 or something like that. There were only about 100 people living here then and I don't think it had the current name.

I was listening to the 60's on 6 in my car about three weeks ago and the radio host told a caller he wouldn't play Christmas music yet and she should check out the Holiday Favourites station - so I was HURRAY a tip for ME. Last week, I switched to it and found it's mostly the old classics playing. Our local stations usually start slowly with an hour or two of holiday tunes and only switch on Christmas Day.
What station is that Auntie?
