Merry Friday Eve!!
It’s a nice, cool morning outside. 55 degrees currently, with highs in the low 70’s. Love it. It will warm up starting tomorrow, and stay hot and humid for awhile.
Today is Adi’s Birthday, we’ll celebrate a little tonight, and more over the weekend with friends.
Otherwise, a normal day ahead. A few meetings, work, and will try to get started on some continued education for real estate.
Harlowe & Jazzie are doing pretty well, thankfully. Fingers crossed that it continues.

The movie "In the Tall Grass " by Stephen King is being filmed here in town and just outside of town. Lots of excited folks here. One of our local arenas is shut down and turned into a filming stage, the place is full of, you guessed it, long grass.!

Good Thursday morning, Christmas friends!
It was another lazy afternoon for me yesterday. I think I'm getting too used to that. I have to get motivated before I actually become an old man!
Jacob and his girlfriend made up, so I haven't seen much of him this week. Elizabeth has completely thrown herself into the role of choreographer for the next play, and I don't see much of her, either. As a matter of fact, Nancy has been spending a lot of time at her mom's. It seems like Lulu and I have been tossed aside! That's ok. She and I can ride around in our truck.

Merry Friday Eve, Holiday!Good morning MMC! Merry Friday Eve! This is actually my Friday! YAY!! I wish it were for different reasons, but still nice to be off tomorrow. My Lu went in this morning to be spayed. I'll be able to pick her up tomorrow morning. They are supposed to call when she is out of surgery. She had the zoomies this morning ~ I told my hubby she won't have zoomies in a few hours!! Poor girl!
Just work for me today. Then I have some stuff to get done at home & then I'll be heading to the lake!! Hoping to spend the whole weekend there, pending how Lubug is doing!

I was so happy to hear this!! Wonderful news! Hopefully you are breathing a sigh of relief <3The vet called about an hour ago & said Lucy (actually, he called her Gracie) is out of surgery. All went well & she was waking from the anesthesia! Whew! What a relief!! ♥ ♥ ♥

It's another hot one in Canada's Capital. I. just returned from a 15km run and let's just say that my clothes felt as if they were just pulled out of a bathtub or lake. We're already at 90 F with humidex. I could certainly feel it while running, too. Tomorrow should be much of the same. Thankfully, though, I think I am venturing into the trails to save myself from intense heat.
I don't really have many plans for today. I probably should go out and make a few purchases for stuff aronud the house, but I honestly don't know if I feel up for leaving. I'll play it by ear in the next hour or so.
Well, I hope everyone enjoys their Thursday. We really are so close to the weekend - and it's a long/hoiiday weekend in Ontario! Hooray!
