AS SpongeBob Square Pants would say; "I'm ready. I'm ready. I'm ready. I'm ready."!

Yay! Halloween has to be my favorite holiday. I'm definitely one of those fanatics that looks forward to it year round, watching the halloween movies, listening to halloween music and just thinking about it year round, lol, hopefully that doesn't make me sound too strange! :o But I'm definitely excited for it to get closer! :mrbones::mrbones:

Does not make you strange at all since everyone here is so obsessed with Holidays in general. October is my hands down Favorite months of the year due to outside has this crisp gloomy Grey look and if it rains i like it to be a fine mist. Since that reminds me of old Gothic type horror movies.

i love halloween and i love autumn!

so excited, lots of plans this year.

my daughter is 3 in september and all she keeps saying is "mummy, halloween's coming!"

Just something about October & Halloween that I love. The apple cider, the smell of crisp autumn leaf's outside, the music & movies, haha. I'm a Halloween nut. I love getting the good sugar donuts too with my cider, such a good time.

Fall is very special to me ... I get such a sense of things .... The fall smells... The fall sounds .... The cool crisp air.... Oh I do love it so ....

I so have my birthday in the fall ... And my first born came a week dyer my birthday so fall birthdays abound :)

Halloween is not well liked by me, but I always do something for the kids. My son designs what the carved pumpkin will look like and we have a big bowl of treats to hand out.
sounds like the pumpkins will be expensive this year since we did not get a lot of rain. Will seen what happens.

Since my daughter is only four months old, this will be her first...everything! I can't wait. I'm going to buy her a cute little costume to wear with her big brother when they go trick or treating. My son is six so he really gets into the holidays. But it's exciting to have a little girl now to enjoy it with!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1343484592.864293.jpg

When my kids were little, we used to pull them along in a wagon to go Trick or Treating. Even when they were running from door to door themselves, we would walk along the sidewalks with flashlights, still pulling the wagon along and inside it we would have another bag so they can dump their candy in it (just to lighten their load), a blanket or two and a small cooler for Mom and Dad (Adult thirst qenchers)!

You know something, I had so many memories with the kids and that wagon, when they out grew it, I carried it thru the house and I put it in the attic where It is right now. My kids will be 18 and 20 this fall; It's amazing how fast the time goes by and the little wagon is still in the attic!

In 95 days it will time to put out the halloween & fall decor! I'm so ready to see pumpkins!

:pumpkin:
Anyone down to 50 days?!?

Yay! Jackolanterns & mmmmmm pumpkin pie!!

Whoa whoa whoa!!! You guys wait until fall!?! I start burning autumn scents the last week and a half of August as a warm up. The fall decor comes out the first week of September...when football and school starts. Halloween decor comes out the last week of September for a full 5 weeks. Thanksgiving gets kind of shafted cause Christmas tree goes up the weekend before CVhristmas. I have to do that because the tree takes about 17 hours to put up!

Oh I am so excited for September ... My all time favourite month .... Back to school was always my favourite time of the year .... Followed closely with my birthday at the End of the glorious month...

I have started looking for decorating ideas for outside :) must get many pumpkins this years :)

Yes! It's going to be in the low 70's this week!!! I saw a few leaves turning orange too! Bring on the jeans weather!

It's still hot around here. But, I have noticied that the temps are starting to dip a little bit at night in the North and along the Appalachian Mountain chain! I hope it pushes itself here soon, I was working at my grandfathers house all weekend and between the heat and the mosquitoes, they about did me in......
