I am glad the group from the xmas place emailed me and told me that most peeps are over here now.
I had joined a (un beannounced to me) another site that was basicly dead and then the xmas place died. (don't know what happened there).
Hope that I am not a jinx here!! (heehee)
Been so busy with the house cleaning (little home business) and I've been doing the flea market on the weekends. Evenings I do the big auction site. (seller only).
And yes I still have my outdoor christmas lights up and I do use them nightly! (more for lighting to go up the deck to the house) I live up stairs from my mother. She is in her 70's and we help each other out. If we did not live here , I am not sure if she could still afford the up keep on the house. (Dad had built it 36 years ago)
I live on Cape Cod, which right now is tourist season. I can look out my back door (in the kitchen area) and see the whole bay side. I am a 2 minute drive from a fresh water lake and 5 minutes from the ocean. I live in the Mid Cape area ,North side.
My hobbies are crocheting, sewing, cross stitching and baking! I will try just about anything once.
We have 2 dogs (american eskimo's, from the local shelter) 3 cats, 2 ferrets and 1 horse. I love looking out my bathroom window to see the horse. He is a gem! But of course all the animals are.
I am married with 2 girls just about all grown up now.
My favorite time of year is of course Christmas, and My favorite season is fall into winter.
What I miss the most is the changing of the leaves. We have mostly pine here. I was born in Worcester and left there as a young teen. But remember those colorful falling leaves and that first snow! I will say I was in Worcester in the blizzard of 78! That was a trip and a half.
