Hey y'all, I am working on switching the labels to a Avery 8160 but am having some issues, suggesting welcome.
Most years I just retype them all into the 8160 format in Word. This year, I printed what was sent, cut them out and taped them to the envelope.

I wind up doing some reformatting each year.

One thing you need to know if you are printing onto Avery labels (or other precut labels) is: Delete the header and footer in the Word doc. It throws off the spacing.

@Shadowgrrl, you could create a new blank Word doc set up for Avery 8160 labels, then copy and paste the addresses into the new doc. It takes a few steps, but may be a bit easier than trying to reformat the original doc to fit your labels. Also, pasting the addresses into a new doc solves the header/footer offset, as you're starting fresh with no header or footer.

To get a second page, insert a page break after the last table row; then you can copy and paste rows from the previous page onto the new page, delete those addresses, and paste in the addresses you haven't done yet. You can delete text without deleting cells by using Fn (function key) + Delete.
