we're finally building a base of descent downloads.
What's the end game? How do you know when you've been a success at it?
I only ask because we've been at it 30 years, trying to get Christmas right
We know SBMX is a small indie p-cast with a small niche for an audience. We're pleased at this point but still hope to grow more.

I think this year means yet another evolutionary step in Christmas
The show will always be a work in progress. I set out to give it 12-18 months, then step back & re-evaluate to see if it was worth it.
What do you think is the thing people want and need to hear about Christmas right now?
And it is. We'll keep going for a long while longer as long as we can.
I don't think it's anything in particular about Xmas... Sure, how will 2020 be impacted, shop now & how do I mail everything. But...
there are real stories from ppl out there that need to be shared.
I think that's one of the things that has surprised me with your podcast
I'm not normally one to pick up a podcast and listen to two people just talking about something
Example: Did an episode last year on kids' letters to Santa. When I posted it online, I had adults asking if they could write a letter & have Santa chat with them
I'm more of a meat and potatoes kind of guy
in Xmas2020, I'm going to do that b/c can you imagine what adults want/need from Santa (the season?)
Well yes, we're very connected to Santa
A bit sensitive about him too
