One of the things we established early on was consistency. We read that to establish an audience, you had to be consistent with the day of release. So in terms of coordinating our schedules, we set aside our Tuesday nights - 10 pm EST/9 pm CST - to record, and we've been remarkably good at keeping to that schedule most of the time. At most, we've missed one or two times per year. This year, knock wood, we've missed no weeks!

But he does put in a tremendous amount of work to carry the dead weight for the other elves. Though tonight I am cleaning up some audio for a couple of episodes, so I at least feel like I'm helping this week

We try! We established a pretty good rapport early on. I think we really hit our groove by episode 6 or 7 -the Krampus episode. And over the course of 3 years we've become legitimately good friends. (More like family, honestly!)

That person is responsible for researching the history of the film, cast and crew, and interesting trivia

Most importantly, the editing - everyone's least favorite part! Though that's something that's gotten easier as well over the past 3 years.

Christmas has been an enormous part of my existence my entire life. I inherited that love from my parents who have always gone all out for for it - in terms of decorations and gifts and just family time. They made every year special, and it all started the day after Halloween and lasted until the week after New Year's. And that love for the holidays was just instilled in me and stuck there my entire life.

Honestly, just a borderline unhealthy Christmas obsession. Anthony and I met on the r/Christmas subreddit. He posted about wanting to a podcast and asked for anyone who had experience. We chatted, had similar ideas for what we wanted to do, tricked Julia into joining us and the rest is history.
