Christmas Costumes for Halloween

Has anyone ever worn a Christmas themed costume for Halloween, like the Grinch for example?
I was telling my wife we should go as Rankin/Bass characters. I could be the Bumble Snow monster, she could be a Chistmas elf from Rudolph and our youngest boy could be Hermie.

When I was but a wee lad, my mother dressed my little sister and I up as Santa and Mrs. Claus. I couldn't have been more than five.

If you could pull it off, Bumble would be great!

I found an awesome snow maiden costume at target!! Its a snow white victorian carolers dress, so Im going as that!! My kids will probably be candy canes lol...yea right!!
