Hello AUTUMN!! We woke up to a very chilly morning, even turned the heat on for a few minutes to take the chill out of the house. Although our leaves haven't started to turn yet, our overnight low's are dipping into the 40's and 50's. Time to start unpacking our sweaters!!

ok here's the way I see things of late....
Day 3 of the countdown will be unreadable since it will be in some plaid lingo.. very tartan and very very unreadable.. Thank God for the Irish,,,,,

When Auntie says I gotta have it.. I know the feeling.. nothing like a crisp cup of coffee and when I gotta have it.. ohhh yeahhhhh...

Crown will start us off on Day 5.. which means they will sleep days 4-1... so please no mentioning them or the state of NC.. though that is not hard to do....

Jay will join us... that is awesome.. he needs a new pair of tights and all is welll.....

O'Malley enjoyed a delightful afternoon of bird watching today.

Is it a sign of Autumn when the chickadees, nuthatches and sparrows remove insects from your windows because there aren't as many on the trees and the ground for them to munch on? Just wondering.

I'll be posting my Day 1 treat pretty early in the morning on the 12th as I'll be heading off in the afternoon for a three day conference. Looks like I'll miss the gathering in the evening though. That's a shame.

Help Auntie, I know a while back you told a bunch of us how to get on to this last page easily but I have tried everything and still can get on only by clicking and clicking and clicking. Help, with dial-up it is a slow process.

I can hardly wait also, The stores have been putting up Christmas all over the place and I am going to go shopping on Friday. Hope I can find Polar Express as mine got stuck in a dvd player and got to hot and now nadda.

Anyhoo, I had a question about the live countdown until the season begins, but I wondered what time zone your 12:00 midnight will be in? I'd like to come join you all for it, but would need to get up nice an early in the morning!
