I can't believe how fast these last few weeks have gone. Hope they have been great for all.
I am a little excited, it looks like we are going to have the first White Christmas we have had in a long time. Forcast out for next few weeks is snow off and on, Its been more on today than off. Trouble is after it snows today the rain comes and melts it but the snow is persistant. It's snowing right now. brrrrrrrr but I Love it, not gonna like my gas bill thought.

I am heading out on a drive to look at Christmas lights!!!! Isn't it great that some people put up outside lights - purely for the enjoyment and blessings to anyomne who passes by?

Merry Christmas!

I love doing that, too, and have mapped out where all the nicely decorated neighborhoods are.
I check them out every year and am never disappointed.

We've had lots of snow in Seattle area and afraid it has also been very
icy. Temps at nights in the teens and by day in low 20's. It's pretty but
enuf already! LOL More on it's way this weekend to ensure a "White
Christmas". Heard Chicago is bracing for some very, very low temps and
ice. Santa better "Chain Up" those reindeer hoofs !!! :rudolph:

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Real life is making me do all kinds of things today that are not Christmassy!!! But - I will keep a sharp lookout for Christmassy Moments!!!

My goodness....this time is running by....only 6 days to go....so, so fast...but I don´t mind it..I want to take it all in now...enjoy the holidays...be little sad after it...and then go on and start looking forward to it in mid-January.....
And that's where the Season count can help, Track!
As you all know, a fresh Season/Christmas Day countdown will launch on January 1st. You will be surprised how far along the Season 2009 count will have advanced by then. Remember, it has been silently running since Nov 13!

Good Morning, Wonderful Friends and Fellow Lovers of Everything Christmas!

Wish I could say the weather has improved here but it hasn't.
Still wet, dreary, foggy and blah! in general. At least it isn't cold, with the mercury standing at 55. Where is that promised sun?

OK - the stats:
Today is Day 37 of our Christmas Season.
Days to Christmas Day: 6 (UNDER ONE WEEK, now!! Marvelous, simply Marvelous!)

Hey! We are running out of time to get some more photos for the Christmas Blossoms thread! I know by now alot of you must have some digital photos on the old camera you could share!
I have a couple taken at our Farmer's market to post today.

Have a Fabulous Friday, Guys! The last Friday before Christmas.
And may your final pre-Christmas Weekend get off to a Wonderous start this afternoon.
(My nieces are off school after today all the way to January 5th and they couldn't be happier!)

.....I HEREBY ANNOUNCE A NEW OPERA IS BEING WRITTEN.....
Wonderful, my coffee-hound friend! Will it arrive in time for Christmas?

In case you newcomers don't know, this board is blessed by the presence of a world-class playright who has entertained us over the years with their cleverly-written operas starring - us! You don't want to miss this periodic treat!
(And as always, it will be brought to you by Maxwell House coffee!)

But, bad news, Bing! Carl happened to be here when I had your announcement up and he got so excited, he nearly knocked over the Christmas Tree. He tried to turn a backflip but wisely thought better of it. (I was deeply worried for a few seconds!)
I tried to tell him he cannot count on being in your next installment, let alone be a featured player, but he wouldn't listen. That camel!
