Good afternoon everyone. Hope everyone is having a good day. I am doing good...got some exercising in this morning...just tidied up my home, threw some laundry in and now I am here. My brother is coming to visit me for the weekend. I will be taking my daughter to my sisters after school for my nephews birthday. DD will also be staying with her cousins for the weekend. What a nice break it will be. Cocktails anyone? *L Anyhow, wishing you all a great weekend!
Good Saturday morning! :-D It's a cold one again today...thermometer says it's 20º but it sure doesn't feel like it ~ it's windy & BRRRRRRR! There is no sun...bring on the SNOW!!!
I told a friend I would come over & help her stain windows this afternoon in their new house (it's under construction)...what was I thinking??? Lol! But that's alright...I know she would help me if I needed it! Good thing they got some heat in there this week!
Tonight we are meeting our lake neighbors at a delicious Mexican restaurant south of here! OH YUMMY!!! I can taste the strawberry margarita already....
My hubby should be home from work soon...he's been working nights this week (8 PM to 8 or 9 AM) & I'm so glad this week is almost over!! Will be nice to have my hubby back! :smile:

Holiday, you can have some of my snow!! It was predicted to be a sunny, warmer (high 20's). Instead, it's snowing again. But I'm not complaining, it's really beautiful...big flakes.

Hi everyone. Hope you all are having a wonderful start to your Saturday. Other than being down with a slight cold. Life is good for me. The weather here looks as if it will be about 45 and sunny. Hopefully with this kind of tempature and the sun also being out it will melt some of this snow. This evening I will meet up with friends for a g/f birthday party. I am looking forward to going out..it's been quite some time. Cedar I will stop by for some coffee and breakfast....*L Holiday, I too love Mexican food..I actually just made fish tacos the other night for dinner. Dom, we had temps. like you recently too so very cold out..but I am glad it's warming up. I've been waiting for this day. Have a good day all!cheesy
Good Saturday morning! It is cold and cloudy here today, so I think I am just going to stay inside and curl up with some movies today. I'm just going to be a big blob on the couch. LOL!

It's a beautiful, calm, sunny morning here in Raleigh at this hour but the temp is still down at 36.
Never seems so bad, though, when you have those other 2 factors in your favor.
I have a cold too, Annette - with a wicked sore throat.
