Hiya Crownster!

Crown, do you have that photo I took last fall/winter with the adirondack chair under the maple tree and it just snowed? (You really liked it and wanted to use it for a calendar). That was one of the photographs I lost.

I'll start shooting new snow pictures as soon as the white stuff begins to fall...

Cedar, I have some of your photos saved on my computer at work...Do you want them? By the way, so glad to have you back...Binger, we will miss you!!! Stay saffe, stay strong...Bring "On The Road" by Jack Kerouac for the ride...Good old classic literature...And plenty of CD's...Bring lot's of CD's...And an ipod, and some cassettes, records and eight tracks...Bring 'em all!!!

cheesy Good news, Cedar! Glad you're back with a new computer just waiting for photo uploads and happy Christmas posting fingers.

I don't think I copied that photo, but I'll have a look around. I do have one or two of yours though. I'll dig 'em up.

Emski - you're spoiled well. Good stuff! I feel pampered enough when I get turkey breast in the middle of the week for now special reason.

Check out the beautiful red moon that helped illuminate our Relay walk Friday night.

It's a big cookie! Someone took a wee bite.

Pickerel and vegies for dinner and I'm off the computer for a bit as my husband is feeling a tad neglected.

~ As for Crown's suggestion, I'm sure there are other images stored here from your old computer. The stroll down Christmas posting lane should be a fun adventure.

Good morning Christmas gang! I can't believe it's Monday already!! Darn weekend flew by again!!

I don't remember ever seeing that picture before, but it's a beauty!! Welcome back Cedar!!! We missed having you around!

The "last page" link to Christmas Countdown isn't working for me again this morning. After I post I'm going to try & go back to read what I all missed over the weekend. When I logged on, it said there are 400 new posts on MMC since Friday afternoon! That's a pretty busy weekend!

I haven't read yet where you are going Bing, but I hope wherever it is you have a great trip!!! :-D

cheesy Anyone using IE is likely experiencing problems with the loading of the last page. The thread is so long (and we're not quite halfway to the start of the season), we have to jump onto the first page, let it load and then click on last page.

Jeff is working on it.

:hello: Binger's getting excited about their trip to Alaska. Don't forget to stop by the Shispering Pines before you go so I can slip into your suitcase.

I have the day off today so I'll divide my time between napping and posting. Somehow posting right after Crown makes me a bit sleepy - sleepy - it's hypnotic.

We have friends/family leaving for Alaska next week for a 2 week vacation! They will be there the same time as Binger?!?!?! Alaska will never be the same again!!! :grin:

:hello: I remember the summer of George. One time my brother was having a party and the phone rang and he was swearing over the phone, but in a calm voice. When he hung up, his friends that were nearby the phone asked whom he was talking to, he said, "my dad forgot a few of George Carlin's word you cannot say, I was just helping him out".

My husband and I heard about it on the news this morning.

He's still having trouble with Tim Russert's passing. Seemed to come on rather suddenly.
