Christmas Countdown - 2009

It sounds like Trackrebel and I both spent last weekend in the attic. In my case, ordering or removing my things from my mother's attic. Seven (!) boxes of issues of a newspaper I used to write for. I was about to put them in the recycle bin, when I found someone who wanted them (he's involved with a project to digitalize all the old issues and put them online). Good for both of us. I also threw out three garbage bags full of things and a pile of empty cardboard boxes. It felt great. cheesy But three-quarters of the attic remain to be cleaned. :-?
t´was a busy day today....driving my grandfather to doctor´s today and back....driving to my mom´s....spending a little time there....helping her to pack the cat that adopted her...yes...I´m convinced the cat adopted my mom....cos she was there suddenly.....to the animal shelter where a pet-doctor was waiting.....while we were there....my grandmother called that we need to drive them back to the doctor.......from there to my mom...got stuck in traffic....when I was just about to get to my mom...they called again, that I can pick them up....so I drove back there....from there we drove back to my grandparént´s place....my mom came there too....and there planted some stuff...and watered the entire garden......
all that while my mom´s brother and his wife were sitting in the house right behind my grandparent´s...where they live...and didn´t do nothing....they never help...my uncle even told my mom that he thinks it´s not required to help his parents.....now well.....to me from now on...he and his wife are kinda low-lives to me...even tho I still got some love for him...since he´s my uncle...but I guess Ya know what I´m saying....
anyways...from there I drove home....and cut lawn for around 1,5 hours.....now I´m sittin here and talkin to Ya and that makes me really happy

Well I just got home from a long days work and now I am tired. I got all of the accounts I needed to call on this week done though so I am free to take the rest of the week off or get a jump on next weeks work. The weather was beautiful today and I think summer has arrived with our first 80 degree day and the rest of the week calling for the same. Hope everyone has a good day and better one tommorrow. Now I am off to watch miracle on 34th street.cheesy

And a good morning it is with the sun shining and a gentle breeze blowing.
It's still a bit chilly at 53 but we are supposed to get into the mid 70's by this afternoon - great outdoors weather!

Down to 19 days to our next milestone. It's really moving in on us.
The Christmas Season will be here before you know it!
OK, Holiday, we are here again at the peak-of-the-week.

Carl has everything ready on the rooftop deck at the Shispering Pines to relax and gaze at the view to the weekend, so I'll see you (and anyone else who wants to come!) there.

It is going to be a warm and sunny today. I am thinking that I need to go to the store and get my plants if I am going to get my garden going this year. Then I am thinking about watching a marathon of the santa clause movies. Hope everyone has a great day and better luck on friday Track!!
