Hey guys! Hope this finds all afloat as we had about 2 more inches of rain today! This is the wettest and coolest July in our history....which is kinda neat I suppose.
Since some of us didn't get to have a Friday today (haha), we will tomorrow and I can't wait. Gotta take my puppy to the vet and then we are going to hang out around the house tomorrow night. Saturday morning....I awake...fix that lovely pot of coffee...and begin working on my master to do list and schedule for Christmas.....CAN'T WAIT....see you guys tonight

I have Christmas fever bad. I just bought a bunch of new ornaments on Ebay. I have been listening to Christmas music non stop the past few days....Is it time yet?

So how many days is it now? I'm excited. I've had a weird summer, I want winter to come now. I was at a market doing a car boot sale yesterday and there was a sign in the market hall giving details of Christmas opening times. That made me smile. I also saw a few decorations and stuff mingled in with people's bric a brac on stalls. Nothing too exciting though, so I didn't buy anything. Sigh.
Weather's a bit less Ark-worthy, which is a good thing,

We got a lot of rain last night, so everything is soaked today. We needed it, though.
Nancy tells me that both kids are planning to attend separate spend-the-night parties tonight...when did they get that big?!? I hate that they are growing up so fast.
Maybe I'll take Nancy out to dinner and a movie tonight. It's been ages!
Oh well, I hope you all have a great day!

Good Morning! Its almost the weekend :hello:!
Im getting over this cold and thankfully feeling a lot better. Anyone have any exciting plans for the weekend? I have lots of cleaning and preparing to do before this baby gets here. Im hoping to have everything done by the end of next weekend since I only have a little over 2 weeks to go now! I would like my last weekend to be relaxing. Im taking my 2 year old son to the carnival next week and to a Birthday party on Sunday..other then that we will be just hanging around. Maybe take my son to the pool tomorrow and enjoy a little fun in the sun.

Same weather pattern. Sunny and calm in the morning with a rain some time in the afternoon or early evening. Best to get outside work done early.
(It's less humid then, too!)
Currently we stand at just under 80 degrees here in Raleigh.

Really closing in now on our next Milestone, that 100-Day Season Window!

You want to be cremated so you can spend eternity in a coffee tin.

105 days left. Only five more until the 100 day milestone. How exciting. Even more exciting is that there are two babies on their way! Congratulations both JOHNOR and MsChristmas. Good luck with the last few weeks and heres hoping everything goes swell.
It's overcast again today in Ottawa, but it is supposed to reach the high 80s with humidex. Not bad. As long as the rain holds off until I am out of down, I will be quite pleased. I will be heading to Middletown, NY this evening for a tournament. Judging by the pictures, it should be a very nice scene with beautiful weather on Saturday but a chance of late storms on Sunday - hopefully that will hold off as well. Thankfully, Monday is our Civic Holiday here in Ontario, so I will get a day of rest before returning to work on Tuesday. Hooray!
I'll be on spuratically throughout the day, but I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable weekend!
