Pinkini - as long as you were off having fun, you are certainly excused for being tardy! We are just happy that you are here!

Today is Monday. And I think that we ALL have done quite well today, considering that it IS Monday! We have gone about our business very properly today. Really, we have been responsible ladies and gentlemen.

So... I am going to bed without doing any dishes or picking up anything. I will play here on MMC - and then I will run to bed and grab the remote control for the bedroom TV. I think that the men of America will be watching football games and/or sport talk for most of January. Thank goodness there is a nice TV and a comfy couch in the living room - for watching sports into the wee hours.

Ya Binger, Christmas.com used to shut down around Marcha and we all felt lost. Then it shut us all down, kaboom and didnt come back. Sure did displace a lot of us for a while. Persistance sure won out as most of us found each other again.
I just wish there was a way that MMC and Christmas talk's forums were connected as with slow dial-up its hard for me to run back and forth. ha.

Well Master Gardeners has started so is official that Christmas is over for me so glad new Coundown is up and running full speed.

I found some fantastic clearance sales....only 11 months to prepare for Christmas.:tree:

I was able to buy 3 Christmas CD sets at Macy's this weekend for only
$2.50 a piece. 75% off all their "Holiday Lane" Christmas ornaments and
Christmas CD's. The CD's were normally $10 each. I got a Smooth
Christmas Jazz, Celtic Christmas and Traditional Christmas on guitar and
harp. Also got some great ornaments and one especially for me ......
"Candyland" game ornament. Oh yes, and a "Cindy Lou" Grinch ornament!

Good for you, Sparkling!
Don't you just love getting something nice for a bargain price?
I like to comb the flea markets for old Christmas LP records. You know - all the really good old-time stuff. They practically give them away, then you can download them onto the computer with any turntable and make CD's, tapes or MP3's.

Good Morning, Folks!

A rainy "good" morning here in Raleigh with my thermometer standing at 50 and the promise of dropping temps all day. Not a pretty picture!
Oh, well. I've got MMC to keep me warm.

Where are we in our count this morning?
Well, let's check:
Days to the Season: 311
Days to Christmas Day:353
Hey! Day after tomorrow, we will be down to single digits to our first milestone!

Have a Terrific Tuesday, Friends!

We bought some replacement lights on sale this year...but we are so overloaded with stuff that most of the new stuff we get is as a gift...Although my wife did give me one of those timer thing-a-ma-bobs that makes the lights blink to music...My neighbors will love that...One of them came over with her sun glasses on right after I lit the lights for the first time...Funny gal...

Happy Tuesday...New shows brewing on Merry Christmas Radio, I'll let you know when I post them...One from RadioJon and I've recieved one from an old friend of mine, Dr. Barry Graham who works in radio...I've tried to convince him to join us on the forums but so far no luck...He sent us the Bluegrass show that is still playing now, and I've got one of my own half done too! Big year ahead!

Jay
