this is for my niece's 3 year old soon to be step son. This is a practice cake for the general lee cake with santa driving that I have been requested to make for Christmas. LOL!

Kandice is at sleep now...it took a whole Thomas and Friends story on tape to get her to sleep...plus the hair-dryer...yup...hair dryer...it seems to calm her down...not the cheapest way to get Your child to sleep (electricity)...but it really helps sometimes...haha

Cute about the hair dryer. My son used to love to hear the dishwasher--his bedroom wall was opposite the kitchen wall.

You are SO RIGHT!!! I loved waking up in NC except for those hot and humid summers. And those nerve wracking thunderstorms!

Actually, I don't know what is inside - have never opened the inner casing up.
Likely foam rubber. That always has a nice ambiance.

Yeah the humidity kicks in by 10 am in the summer. The lightening storms are cool to watch. Gotta love the four seasons. Although we sometimes have other seasons in the middle of other seasons:-? Like we could easily have spring right in the middle of winter LOL! I can remember shopping in shorts one Christmas and then a week later have an ice storm. Crazy but interesting.

Cedar!!! How cool to "see" you! April already...this year has flown...1/4 over!!! I miss you guys but can't seem to get here as often as I used too...All is right with the world, recession aside...Gonna be a tough one moneywise but we have each other right? And the First National Bank of Binger is open and ready to loan money...COFFEE!!! What a great idea...and I still have a pound or two of Starbucks Christmas Blend that I've been saving...maybe it's time...
