Hello all! It's sunny, clear skies and chilly here. It's supposed to get really warm starting tomorrow though. I guess I'll be taking the dog for another walk this weekend. So glad tomorrow is Friday in some ways. It's been a long week but, since it's Friday that means I'm one day closer to taking my big unit test in Biology on Sat. Yikes! I don't think that I'm ready.

Coffee sounds so good....i think i will go fix some and enjoy a cup or two....somebody is taking a personal day tomorrow, so it doesn't matter how late I stay up!

LOL, Bradmac, about the yoga comments...well, my hubby used to think that way, too...but now you can hardly get him off his mat! He's not a "bendy" person at all, but it's getting better. I have fewer troubles due to my ballet training, but there are some poses that even I say "whaaaa? how in the world do I do THAT???" hahaha Oh well, you just work at it and it gets a bit easier every time.
And about the espresso, I tell you, I had to learn to drink it. I used to drink coffee with milk and sugar (cappuccinos were my favorite!), then phased out the sugar years ago, but since I found out I can't have dairy anymore, I just tried it without anything and I thought, "hey, that's not bad!"...so now I can drink it like my hubby always does...but I can't yet drink the "double" espressos that are extra concentrated...whoa! haha

Hubby and I had a CPR refresher course last night after I got home from ballet class...boy, that was a good thing, too, as we had forgotten a lot! Luckily, we have never had to use these techniques yet, and I hope it remains that way. But, it's good to practice.
Today I'm getting the last things done, errand wise, and some laundry and all that sort of stuff...we're really excited about our little trip to Ibiza! Tonight I have ballet and then it's VACATION! Woo-hoo!

Not so fast, my friend. Tea is on the rise!
A new shop (devoted exclusively to tea) has opened at Crabtree Valley Mall. They were handing out free samples of various teas - delicious!

Bright and sunny outside here in Raleigh at this hour where we stand at a still-cool 53 degrees.
However, 86 is predicted for this afternoon, then 90 for the next several days! (Come on, now! Do we have to get THAT hot this early??)

It's supposed to be near 90° here today, but I'm already 3 cups of coffee ahead. I usually drink coffee till noon, then switch to water for a couple hours, then on to sweet tea. I love my sweet tea!
Almost 1/3 along?!? That wasn't too bad. I hate to wish my life away, but I'm ready for Christmas Time!

We can all sit on the front porch at the Shispering Pines, drinking sweet southern tea and eating Mauradio Sugar Cookies while watching Binger turn somersaults on the front lawn.
