Good morning! It was below 40F when I woke up. The temp is just starting to creep past that right now at 39F. This is one of those days that I just didn't want to get out of bed. I was all wrapped up and warm and the thought of having to get stuff done today was making me blue.
But now that I'm up and drinking my tea, I feel a bit better. I'll be keeping busy today.

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!
It rained all day yesterday, and it's still overcast today, but it's nice and cool...below 70°f! That's like a new ice age for south Georgia in early October!
Binger - I'm trying a new blend this morning. I usually go for straight dark Columbian coffee, but this ain't too shabby!
Brent - Why, oh why, won't the Trans-Siberian Orchestra come to Georgia?!? Columbia, SC isn't too far away, though. A few hours....
ballcoach - Dude, living on the edge with that "Charlie Brown teacher" comment, huh? Not to worry. What happens at MMC stays at MMC. I think.

Well its 9:54am. I am at work and punch in at 10am. Boo urns. BUT my desk is festive with Halloween stuff! I have tomorrow off so thats good. Lots to do tomorrow as well. Oh well. Just popped on to say hi. I will be lurking around during today on the board at my desk, might be a slow day. Oh yeah Christmas is comming! Are YOU done shopping yet??? NO?? Then get a move on it lol

Tomorrow, friends! Ninety Percent of the way to our grand and glorious Christmas Season 2009 and the begining of the home stretch.

I am getting so excited! Went to the Target this past weekend and purchased our first new upgrade to our Christmas display. First have to get through Halloween thought and my wife is racking up the Halloween party ideas. As soon as this rain clears up I'll be decorating for the Halloween party. 80 days! I feel like it's never going to get here.....

80 days until the big day! It was quite chilly this when I awoke for practice this morning. The Weather Network said it was about 48 F but it seemed a heck of a lot colder to me. I was freezing! A high of 55 F is forecasted but rain is expected to take over tonight and quite possibly throughout the rest of the week. We are supposed to dip down into some very chilly and well below average temperatures next week... We're talking highs in the mid 40s!
Glad to see that everyone has returned to posting this week. I guess that everyone else is excited for yet another milestone day tomorrow. With this homestretch, I hope that more stores begin the transition into Christmas so we can have much more contributions to the Christmas Blossoms thread. I hope to be able to contribute soon... just need Ottawa to start adopting the Spirit of the Season!

Good morning all. Just found out that our house appraisal came in where we needed it to so it looks like we be starting work on house in a couple weeks. It should all be done by the beginning of December.....
Tomorrow I am off - so once my daughter goes to school I think my little guy and I will head off to the mall and maybe pick up a Christmas gift or 2.

Good morning Christmas friends!! Was a beautiful 42º with no wind for our morning walk today! (5:45) Now it's a dreary ol day, calling for rain later! But that's ok! I am inside (at work) with my Be Thankful candle burning! Tonight Biggest Loser is on, so I'll be at home all comfy in my hoodie, burning candles, with the lights from my fall decorations on watching BL! I can't hardly wait! :smile:
Reading these posts this morning made me think - our TSO concert is 1 MONTH from tomorrow!!! That means Christmas is in FULL SWING for me 1 month from tomorrow! :dance:
