Good evening! Could it be that tomorrow is HuMp DaY already???.....
Indeed it is (and Carl is pleased you wrote it that way. A free glass of sweet southern tea awaits you at the 'Pines, his compliments).

Good Morning, Friends!

Well! More snow is predicted for here this afternoon and evening.
Shouldn't be much accumulation however owing to the recently warmer temps.
It is overcast and 46 outside currently.

Our mid-week count:
Days to the Season: 262
Days to Christmas Day:304
Barely over half a week off from the 300-day window to Christmas.
Sensational!

Have a Wonderful Wednesday, Everyone!
See you at the 'Pines!

I just got a call from my daughter. My 6 month old granddaughter is at the hospital. She was running a fever last night and they were unable to bring it down. They took her to the ER at 2 am and they are still having trouble bringing down her fever there and here it is almost 8:00 am. Kids and babies worry me so much when they are sick. Especially with babies when they cannot tell you what is wrong. Please say a prayer.
Prayers for a quick recovery are on the way. It's always awful when a child gets that sick.

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's supposed to rain here today, but clear the rest of the week on through the weekend. I'll tell ya, it doesn't take long to get used to sunny 70° days!

And I can't wait for March 14...daylight savings time starts again!

I hope you all have a great day!cheesy

Good Morning MMC !

Nice quiet day here, it is supposed to snow later.
My favorite son has a cold and the flu. Making him a big pot of home made chicken soup. (that cures everything!) He is keeping himself busy playing games on his DDS and watching TV.

Hope you all have a great day! cheesy

Good morning, everyone!!

More snow here this morning. It certainly looks like a Winter Wonderland. There was plenty of large white snowflakes falling last night and this morning. The good news it that the temperatures is exactly at freezing and remain on or slightly above for a week. The bad news, we're supposed to get 10-15 cm of snow through next Monday. Hopefully the above seasonable temperatures will ensure that it does not last long, especially since there is plenty of sun forecasted thereafter! March is only five days away!

Seems that lots of people are coming down with the flu! All the best to your grandson, Christmas-A-Holic! Hopefully the little guy toughs it out soon. And, made, way to work wonders on your nieces, too! Brad, nice to know the ceremony went well... As for everyone enjoying the warming temperatures, I envy you! I love snow but I'm extra excited for Spring this year. Hopefully the jet stream begins to move northward for the new season soon!

Have a great Wednesday, everyone!

Well I am off to a slow start once again. I have managed to get some dishes done and I put a large batch of vegetable soup in the crock pot. We will eat part of it tonight and then I will freeze part of it for after moms surgery. The rest of today will be spent making cinnamon rolls to freeze. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope he gets better real soon!

Christmas-a-holic - Sorry to hear that your grandbaby has been sick. I'm praying that she continues to get better quickly. I am glad that she is able to come home at least from the hospital.

Been a busy day at work - much busier than is normal for this time of year. I don't know why, but I'm certainly not going to complain! When we're busy like this, it reminds me of Christmas time and the crowds we deal with at the mall. One of my Hispanic co-workers and I were rocking out to "Feliz Navidad" today LOL. Too funny :)

Anyways, everyone have a lovely evening. We're half way done with the week! Yay!

So, here we gather with coffee, tea or hot cocoa in hand or without and celebrate the milestones on our journey to the Christmas season and Christmas Day itself.
