We got off to a chilly start at 27 here in central indy today but we have already warmed up to 50 on our way to 62. Me and mom went and did some shopping this morning. I took her to hobby lobby to get some craft stuff and then we went to walmart and kroger. The whole time we were in hobby lobby I kept thinking in just 3 months they will start to put out their christmas stuff and then all the fun starts. This afternoon I am going to make a cake and do some cleaning. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

had a good day of work today. kandice and her friend had a fun day playing and I got some little easter present for kandice....a kid´s "rock guitar" for 10 Euros and one animal from Littlest Pet Shop....lookin forward to Easter

Good afternoon..its a very cool and wet day here in Maryland..in the upper 40's to low 50's...tomororw is the beginning of my Wednesdays off work schdule. It is suppose to be in the 60's and if its not too wet I hope to take the boys to the park and get a little house cleaning done. Not a whole lot going on other then getting ready for Easter. I am beat! I have not stopped going for the past few weeks. My daughter is doing externship at a doctors office and also has many doctor appointments to follow up on the car accident she had. I have been helping out watching my 3 grandchildren and going to work. I have been having fun with the grandkids but I AM TIRED! I will be ok though and shouldn't complain, I am blessed. cheesy I plan to go to bed extra early tonight and rest up for another exciting day tomorrow.

snowing there.....man....it was almost 80 today and is supposed to be tomorrow! What fun!

Great day today. Busy, but I'm breathing so it could be worse! Got alot of work going on and it's getting time for testing....so there is alot of pressure....but I found a good stress reliever....exercise....i'm so tired i'm about to pass out...

Hey Made....went to Nascar.com to check on the race and do some reading....and this was in one of the articles....

Dick Passwater scored his only Cup victory on Easter Sunday before a crowd of 8,500 at the old Charlotte Speedway. That also was the first time Tim Flock carried a Rhesus monkey nicknamed Jocko Flocko inside his car. That experiment came to an abrupt end eight races later when Jocko literally went ape inside the car at Raleigh, scratching and clawing at Flock before he managed to pull into the pits and have the crew pull Jocko off his neck.

What would make you think...hey, I'm gonna race this car at 100 mph and just for the heck of it, I'm going to leave a monkey, unsecured, in the back seat....that will make it more fun.....

A great song that always places this in perspective for me is "I Heard the Bells On Christmas Day." The lyrics are even relevant to today, eventhough the song was written during the US civil war in the 1800s.

I was looking at pictures yesterday and noticed some of a snowstorm we had on April 6, 2009. We have not had our last blast of winter yet, so everyone here is waiting for that to happen yet.
