Good morning Christmas friends.

I hope everyone is enjoying their Mondays as much as possible, I will be heading out to Toys R Us in a little bit, they are having a HUGE sale on things we were looking to get for the boys for Christmas, so this will knock out a bunch of Christmas shopping at once for them.
I am still feeling lousy, and whats worse I can hear and feel my pulse in my ear, it is driving me nuts.

Good Morning Christmas Pals,

I didnt have a chance to get on the board much this weekend. Seems I am really putting stuff into high gear at home to get ready for the season. According to the count, there are only 54 days to the season and I am getting my house in order. Also, my son Kyle turned 18 on Saturday which was somewhat bittersweet for me. I just keep focusing on the fact, that although he will hold my hand for only a little while, he will hold my heart forever. I read that somewhere and it kinda really stuck with me and tugged at me all weekend. I was happy to see him reach this milestone in his life, but of course I shed a few tears in silence. Seems like yesterday when he was born. Well maybe a couple of years ago, but not 18 years ago!! So really thats how I spent my weekend.

Well, I hope everyone had a FANTASTIC weekend. I tried to catch up on the boards. Seems there was a lot of talk about football, lol. Good games yesterday. I live in EAGLE territory but I am a BEARS fan and SAINTS fan. So yesterday my bears won and I am hoping for a victory tonite for my SAINTS. Well, I guess I better get back to work. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!!!

Awwwwww. I am glad you were able to be with him for this milestone. I am getting excited too !! Hooray for CHRISTMAS !!!

Good Morning All.

Well this weekend has now gone and the week is starting anew. Of course today also marks my return to the work force after 4 months. This is so great for Carrie and me so we can start working on the goals we started two years ago. Since today is the first day most will probably be the boring HR paperwork day, which will put you to sleep faster then taking sleeping pills. SO i hope everyone has a great day.

What a blessing to have a job to go to! Goals are great things, keep you moving where you want to go.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!!!!! It is going to be a warm week here in central Indy. They are calling for a high of 85 or above everyday this week. I have all my work done for this cycle so I will be hanging out at home in the AC most of the week. That should give me time to get caught up with my christmas planning. I still haven't decided on a final list of cookies and candy to make this year and that has got me behind on my stockpiling of supplies. I also haven't decided how I am going to decorate the chandelier over the dining room table. I have narrowed it down to a few ideas but I need to decide which one so I can buy the stuff to do it. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, hot this week here too. I'm ready for fall to begin and this hot summer to be over! I'm ready for the cool, wet, cloudy days to come and put me in a better mood LOL

I still haven't decided on a final list of cookies and candy to make this year and that has got me behind on my stockpiling of supplies. I also haven't decided how I am going to decorate the chandelier over the dining room table. I have narrowed it down to a few ideas but I need to decide which one so I can buy the stuff to do it. Funny you should mention this right now. I was just going through a box of stuff and found a bag of envelopes that people from here have sent me Christmas cards in. (yes, I save them!) Anyway, among them I found some Christmas recipes I have not yet tried. ....Mrs. Claus' Cranberry muffins, sugared pecans and Lemon Cream cheese cookies. They all look really good and I am going to give them a try. If they are as good as they sound I plan to put some in my baskets this year to give as gifts.

Just got back from Toys R Us, I could have spent a ton of money there but had to stay focused on what I was there for. Great sale on the Imaginext toys got Toy Story for LC and Batman for JP. So Christmas shopping is in full tilt. WOOHOO!
LC is watching the Rankin-Bass Christmas Classics Sing Along DVD he is obsessed with Holly Jolly Christmas lately.
