Good Morning ..... This is a very short work me for me just today and tomorrow. cheesy I may sneak in some Christmas shopping on Wed before I start my T-Day baking. Christmas Music going full blast on a couple radio stations here. Programed the kids bedroom radio to one of those stations so now anytime they want to listen to Christmas music all they have to do is turn on their radio! Our little guy keeps asking when we are going to put up the big Christmas tree in the livingroom... lol ... we are not putting it up until Friday and then the outside deocratiosn will go up on Saturday!

Well hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning,

Well my Black Friday plans have changed, we were going to go to Toys R Us on Thanksgiving night at 10PM but I forgot Massachusetts law forbids retail and/or grocery stores from opening on Thanksgiving. So I volunteered to work at 3:30AM for my stores Black Friday sale, then after I get out my wife and I will hit the stores to finish up the boys gifts.

I will be working in a couple hours for the long day, the frozen turkey rush should be over for the most part, now it will be time to focus on the fresh ones.

Have a fun Monday!

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

Not a lot to report this morning. Like most folks, we only have a three-day work week! And I'm finally listening to Christmas music at my desk!

Have a great day, everyone! cheesy

I thought the Colts were going to pull it off, too!

Good Morning Everyone!!!!! It turned out to be a long weekend that was topped off by a disappointing loss by the colts just when I thought they were going to pull off a win. It is going to be a rainy week here in central Indy. On the bright side though it is going to be 70 degrees here today. Unfortunately it is going to drop to a high of 30 on Friday just in time for me to spend all night waiting in line for stores to open. I don't have much planned for today. I will probably run to the store to try and finish Christmas shopping for my mom and to pick up a few groceries. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is the day we go shopping for Thanksgiving. We take all the kids -- 7 of them -- to one store and get all the trimmings before hiding away for the next couple of days in the house (not to come out again until Black Friday).

Thanksgiving is a three-day long event of movie watching, decorating, game playing and baking in our house.

Sounds like a great time Jeff, I was able to do that the last 2 years from Thanksgiving until the following Monday, I enjoyed it thoroughly.
Enjoy!

We celebrate Thanksgiving at my Mom's house, but getting ready for it is a group effort. My Mom's oven is too small for our annual birdzilla, so I get to bake it (I live next door). It's already brining in my refrigerator. Tonight is the silver-polishing party over at Mom's, and then tomorrow is the "stuff-we-forgot-to-buy" shop-a-thon. Wednesday is my personal favorite; Stuffing Day. I go over to Mom's and we chop cabbage and onions and make bread cubes. It smells so good when we're done!

Afternoon all! We had a failed attempt to visit Santa on the weekend. Saturday we went to Cherryhill mall for the free picture with Santa (Whooops almost wrote Santana hah). Well we got there at 10:50am. At 12:00pm we were 3rd from the front of the line! Nooooo!!!!! An Elf comes out and says Santa needs a 30 minute break to feed his deers. William wasn't going to last. Had to leave :( We will try again another weekend. But had a great weekend and saw the new Harry Potter movie - stays true to the book! Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS day!

This sounds delightful. I used to live next door to my mom and loved it!!

It wasn't easy. It was my second quarter of college, and the grade was mailed to my parent's home. When I got there, Dad had written "Congratulations" on the front of the opened envelope.

I didn't so much explain it, as I made it obvious that I was as ashamed of myself as they were dissappointed in me. I framed the grade and hung it in my room.

I dropped the party friends and never failed another class!

Cute. Maybe you should have Bruce email US and we could clue HIM in!!!
