It's fun and addictive to work out once you get into the routine. I did for 5 years and loved it. I am back at it again walking and running 1 to 2 miles per day. Eventually increase that. I would like to join my brother in a 3k run sometime. He runs those a lot and does well in his age category. He has placed 1st several times. I don't plan to go into it to win but to just have fun!I'm excited for the gym tonight. Every Tuesday and Thursday I do a crossfit workout with a personal trainer - this is on top of going to the gym on my own on Mondays and Fridays (sometimes Wednesdays, too). The crossfit workouts are challenging but fun. I like pushing myself. Of course, there are usually others there doing different workouts, timing and encouraging me. We'll see how it goes again tonight.
