Christmas Countdown - 2010

Well it is going to be another hot day here so I went and got my grocery shopping done this morning. I picked up a few extra things of oil and some chocolate chips to put back for my christmas baking. The rest of the day is going to be spent working on my christmas notebook. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This morning they are saying that he is in serious but stable condition and has no life threating injuries. He may need surgery though. CNN has the video of him getting out of the plane and he definitely cut his face up. His friend that was in the plane with him is also in stable condition.

Amazing to say you survived 2 plane crashes! What are the odds of that? That first plane crash he got VERY LUCKY someone was there to rescue him just in time!

Good morning..it is my day off again! Im taking my Boys to pick out and order Dylan's 1st Birthday cake this morning and also to the park. Its suppose to be in the low 90's again today but with low humidity it should be ok. I hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!

Hello My Christmas Family !!

I hope everyone is having a fabulous Wednesday !!

I am just beat right now. Work this week has been exceptionally tough. Not getting the usual accounts that I transcribe but a lot of dictations by doctors who are considered ESL DICTATORS (English Second Language) I had one doc this morning who not only talked fast and with an accent but whisphered......UGH :-?

But I am thankful, very thankful I have a job and it is right here in my very own home........!!cheesy

MsChristmas - how fun! When is Dylan's birthday? Time flies.. I remember when you posted about having him!

I am in a much, much less miserable mood today! The floors are sanded (FINALLY) and my grandmom and aunt were kind enough to come help me get all the sawdust up and then put the sealer down... now my husband has to polyuerathane the floors and then we're DONE!!! FINALLY! That was our main concern, so whewww! And appliances come Saturday, so we're all set to move in on Sunday - sooooo excited to get back to "normal" life.

I hope everyone is enjoying their day... is it hot there, too? The humidity is back here again but the temps later this week are in the low to mid 80s with low humidity! Think I'll need a sweater, hehe!

Boy, are we having a storm! Wondering when the power will go off. Thunder, lightening , hail, tornado warning (weather net work reported rotation in the clouds near here) It stopped for awhile but has started up again. Hope this is as bad as it gets. One minute it is really windy the next no wind at all. Don't like this kind of storm.

They grow up so quickly, don't they! It is raining here right now and the humidity is supposed to break for a few day! YAY!

I am up a little earlier than usual drinking coffee and on the best forums around surrounded with the best people around! Christmas people are great, don't you agree? cheesy

I plan to get another walk in today with my grandkids this morning while it's cool. Well, they ride their bikes, my grand baby gets the luxury to hang out in the stroller while I walk, walk, walk! I live across the street from an elementary school so it's full of people taking their walks and jogging every morning. We also stop by and the kids play on their playground while we are out.

Oh yes...this IS the best forum and Christmas people really are the GREATEST! I totally agree!!!

Just back from my walk, feeling great. (I am getting in around 10,000 steps a day)

Well...since you are "right around the corner" from me...we had a big storm too! I wasn't home at the time but my husband told me about it. No storm now - just rain. I think its supposed to take away some of this humidity we've been having.

Had a very long but fun day! Started off with taking the kids for a ride on their bikes and I walked along with them this morning. Went to the park for a little while then we headed to the Children's Museum and spent 3 hours there. The kids were VERY TIRED by the time their mom got off work. I AM TIRED TOO!

Thanks, coach. This is my first post from it. I've spent all evening transferring my music library from my PC to my Mac and getting acquainted with the new and different features. I really like it! It's fast and convenient. The only complaint I have is that there seems to be a dead spot in Kim's room. It also happens to be on her bed. There is very little to no signal there. That is quite unfortunate for me. The good thing is that we are moving apartments in just over a week and there will certainly be no dead spot there!
