Christmas Countdown - 2010

I'm a little headachy again. Probably because the humidity is returning. This week is not looking good for that. But - we are nearing September...so I'm hoping the weather knows that...and gets in line! HA!

I've got a busy day ahead of me today. I've got grocery shopping to do (which I thoroughly enjoy doing). I'll have a Christmas CD playing in the car as I go from one shop to another. That way - I'll have Christmas songs playing in my head as I shop!

I also have laundry to do...and I really must clean that bathroom.

Ahhhhhh...my hubby bought me a Tim Horton's coffee - and it was sitting on the counter when I woke up this morning! YUMMY!

I hope you get better! Sounds like a busy day for you.

Was in Walmart yesterday and there was an isle od Halloween candy and another isle wil some fall decorations. Few more weeks and it will be time for me to decorate the house for fall!

I already have a few fall pieces out. I couldn't wait any longer! cheesy

Going up to 88f today. Not sure what I will be doing maybe go for a drive and check out the area. I is nice not to have to do anything.

Good morning!

Woke up feeling sick this morning, my sinuses are hurting big time. Supposed to be back in the 90's starting today. We don't really have any plans today, probably get ready for our tag sale coming up on Saturday, we will be selling a lot of our baby clothes and equipment, because we are 99.9% sure we are done having children and might as well make some money off of it instead of having it sit around.

First signs of Autumn is here! Not cooler temps but pecans are starting to fall. The problem is, they fall on my house and car and sounds like someone is throwing rocks at our house. Lol! The sound takes some getting use to but it's a welcome sound of Autumn! umpkin:

Our sweet baby BOY has finally arrived!!! We are beyond thrilled. His name is Noel (pronounced KNOLL but I love it of it's Christmas origins!!!) Philip and he was born Thursday night at 9:50 after a very short labor. 7lb 12 oz, 20.5 inches long... more than a pound less than big brother Jude! He's so sweet and Jude is in LOVE with his new brother. We are so happy! Hope the pic works!

We enter into the 2nd half of our weekend but we are so much further along in our count!
Days to the Season: 76
Days to Christmas Day: 118
Just over 2 1/2 weeks off now from the 100-day Christmas Window through which we can see double-digit land.
We have moved along so quickly for some reason.
(Perhaps it's all the posting activity this year!)

Calm, sunny and 78 degrees here at this hour.
The crickets are singing me a symphony outside my window as I type this.
Their concert lasts from early July through September each year - a nice long (and tuneful!) engagement.

Had to turn the AC back on since the heat has returned! YUCK!!! I was really enjoying the cooler temps.

It has definitely returned here to. We are supposed to reach 95 degrees today with horrible humidity. :-?

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!!!! It is a hot and humid day here so I plan on staying inside all day. I made some peanut butter cookies this morning to snack on while I watch racing this afternoon. only two days left of August and then...the Ber months start....
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! can´t believe time is passing that fast....it is incredible.
