Just a quick question from a newbie, is the one quarter mark, a quarter of the way to the season or christmas day itself??

Another quickie way to check is to note the running count at the top of each page and subtract 42 to come up with the Season count figure.

Brrr, good morning friends! Haven't been around in a bit because I have 2 veryyy sick kids. They are on the mend (I think - I hope!) but man, it's been tough taking care of them both!

I see some of you all are also freezing your butts off... the temp on my computer finally says it's above 0, so that's a plus! It was -1 a few min ago! Tomorrow we are going up to 39 - should I wear a tank top? LOL!

I hope they get well soon!

I am personally a fan of I Carly and Big Time Rush.

I could not stop laughing about the Big Time Rush comment. It is what Wayne had said how we constantly pick on him about it.

The funny part is when I seen the little preteens jumping up and down screaming when they were on The Today Show and picturing 6'4" Wayne standing there jumping up and down screaming with them!

I talked with my wife about our future Christmas store today, and we have set the goal to be about 5 years from now to be up and running, we want to find a good location in a strip mall or plaza to start, and go from there, I have ideas on what I want, and what I don't want is in a mall where you have to follow the mall's hours, I would rather make my own hours. Since to start it will probably be myself or wife when needed to run the store I can't expect to have too many employees at the beginning.

That would be awesome! I hope all plans come together to make that dream possible. We are rooting you on! cheesy

Good Evening!
What a day. I was soooooooo lazy. I slept and slept some more...*L* We got a "skiff" of snow this evening. Last night I went to a Battle of the Bands because my brothers band played. And guess what...they won! The prize is a paid gig at this place. He was really excited and I was so very happy for him. Went and had a nice Mexican dinner after that. Hope you all are doing well. cheesy

I see you all are suffering freezing weather. The temps here this week will be in the upper 50's and sunny and 61 by Friday. There is a possibility of snow by next Tuesday. I sure hope so! :

All the Christmas stuff is down, except for 2 Santas, like I said I can't quit Christmas cold turkey, gradually everything will disappear. The house is back to the boring state it is in until November. Just taking a break eating lunch, catching up on posts, and news.

what s up my friends....all is fine over here........my moms final check up was done....and it is nothing serious....she is just too exhausted and her body is weakened from stress....that is why the bronchitis never really goes away and alwayas comes back all the time

I just saw the new long range forecast for the USA and it looks like those of us north of the Ohio river are going to have below normal temperatures and above normal precipitation through the end of April. They are also saying that we will likely see snow in April. That is a big change from last year when we had 90 degree weather in April.
