Everything here is white with blooms and almost looks like snow..I guess I will have to settle for that as It appears that spring has even come to the Northeast. I want to see one good snow while I am gone though!!!Hope everyone has a great sat I will log on tonight probably!

Good morning, Christmas friends. It is gray and overcast here in northern California. Rain in the forcast but not snow. The Dutch oven dinner last night was fantastic and we were sent home with lots of leftovers! The family who sponsored it paid for all the food to be prepared, so all the profits went to the Elks Lodge. In addition, they donated $1,500 to the lodge. We need a new PA system for dinners and plays, etc., so I think that's where part of the money will go. What a great family! I hope everyone has a great rest-of-the-day!!

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!!! It is a rainy day here in central Indy and the cold air has returned with it. I have spent my morning cleaning and doing laundry. Now I am getting ready to kick back and watch some racing. Mom went for a routine scan this week while I was gone and she told me this morning that the doctor told her they found several spots that concerned them. She goes back Wednesday morning for further testing. So we are praying for the best and preparing for the worst. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi every one, thank you for your kind concern! I am starting to feel better, I just should've listened to my body before, but it's hard when you're busy! I am trying to keep very calm!

Hope to feel good enough to use the computer for somewhat longer soon so I can check up with how you guys are doing soon

Christmas-A-Holic....three miles yesterday...three miles today...going to try for 5 miles in the morning. Only got in about 15 miles riding this week....My goal for the next week is 18 miles running and 25 riding.

It has been raining steady here all day. Flood warnings out in the area.Snow is vanishing faster than a magician's assistant.

I learned that I had to sit in a class all day and do written tests again. Oh well, all stuff I need to know and a refresher is always good. Same thing tomorrow and then on Monday I start in the truck.
No, did not do any partying, just enjoyed the peace and quiet!

Never had back problems until yesterday evening ... now I've had a full-blown lower backache for 24 hours, and it doesn't seem to be getting better. I'm getting really chummy with a heating pad this evening, hoping for some relief.

Good late afternoon, everyone. It is overcast with just a slight drizzle. I have been working on report cards--well, actually, working on trying to finish up grading the assessments. It is good to see some of the kids improving. I still have LOTS to do, so I just wanted to check in. If I have time later, I might take a break and check in again. Have a great rest-of-the-evening.
