I am waiting on my bedsheets to dry then I am going to bed. I got the results back from my dogs allergy test FINALLY after weeks of waiting, and I go in tomorrow afternoon to discuss it further...basically over the phone he told me she is allergic to the following:ragweed, dust mites,turkey,rice,chicken...and we will have to start giving her shots but that is after they teach me how to first!:( anyhow it has been a long day and I am worn out. I hope everyone is doing good here! have a great night all!

Best wishes for your dog. Hang in there.

Hi every one :)
Last day of work tomorrow since friday will be our six year anniversary (we're not married, but in a relationship ;) ) I am really excited, my presents are wrapped and we are going to re-do our firstdate :D so that will be great!

hope every one of you is great as well! Wish you guys a great evening/day!

Happy anniversary!

Good Evening Everyone!!!!!! It was a warm day here in central Indy but a cold front is moving through now and the temp is dropping fast. I had to babysit most of the day and my youngest niece is definitely going through a clingy stage. She cries everytime her mom leaves. If the weather isn't to bad tomorrow I am hoping to put a new radiator in my truck so I can see how bad I hurt the engine when I overheated it. I hope everyone had a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

I hope your truck is okay, LC does that to me when I drop him off at daycare he holds on to my leg and doesn't want me to leave.

Good evening everyone!

It's cold and rainy here, which makes me even more ready for my Florida vacation - 80's and 90's weather, take me away!! :)

I am exhausted again as I worked both jobs, but I also had a great sushi/chinese food lunch with two good friends from my first job, so it's all worth it. Too bad the laundry/packing part of my to-do list is severely lacking! Guess I will be paying for that tomorrow night/early Friday.

Regarding one of my first posts here in this thread, I have decided to say no to the full time job opportunity, as I really feel it isn't the right job for me. My first job (where I am an admin assistant) has said that they can try to offer me more hours in other departments (like cash office, which I have been training for the last few weeks), so I probably then wouldn't even have to keep my second job. I think it will be nice and leave me much less stressed. So, we'll see how it goes!

On a downer note, our cable company (Comcast) has decided to take away over half of our cable channels, as they are in the process of turning everything over to digital, and we don't have a box/converter thing yet. It sucks, because they took away almost every cable channel I watched, and I'm going through a kind of withdrawal right now. :( Travis and I are trying to find out if it's worth it to pay nearly twice what we are right now, just to keep the same channels! (To me it's worth it; to him not so much, lol.)

Anyway, off to bed to prepare for my last day at both jobs before my Florida trip! Sweet dreams, everyone!

Goooooooood evening fellow Noel'ers,

I am tired and wired at the same time, winding down from work just to be up and at em at 5:30. I have hit the "jackpot" on a few Christmas dvd's the last couple weeks, I bought Home Alone 2 for $5 at Walmart, I won Santa Claus: The Movie 25th anniversary edition for $4.99, and Disney's Christmas Carol for 5.99 on Ebay. Pretty good luck for the second year in a row at this time of year for cheap Christmas dvd's. I am getting psyched for a BIG hockey game tomorrow night Bruins vs Canadiens, I cannot wait.

Have a great night!

Congrats Made on 20,000 posts, I just noticed it.
Also, congrats on making post #6700, if anyone is interested we didn't reach post 6,700 until July 15 last year which coincidentally was made by Made. cheesy

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!cheesy
I didn't even notice that I broke 20,000.

Seawaters what is the prize for 6700??????

And with this post, Made posted the 6,700th post of the countdown! Congratulations. Someone beat you to the prize of a brand new radiator, but hopefully your prize of a burned out light bulb will console you!

I did not either until my vet told me so,he said every spring here in the southeast he gets dogs coming in chewing thier fur off, that is what mine was doing she was licking and chewing her fur on her arms and legs and even tail off:( so thier symptoms are alot different, but yeah they get allergies too.:(

Good morning everyone! I tried to sleep in but could not. Next week when I go back to getting up at 5 am it will be brutal but now when I could sleep to noon noooooo I can't no matter how hard I try! I take my pooch to the vet at 3 and I dread it because she HATES the vet...but she loves taking rides so I bribe her into the car with a ride then we end up at the vet every time looks like she would learn but no.

LOL, I do the same with my dogs.

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's already warm this morning. I was sweating early into my walk this morning, but it make's you feel like you're accomplishing something, anyway.

I usually stop by my father-in-law's store in the morning on my way to work and pickup a sausage dog for breakfast. When I got there, the parking lot was full and other folks were trying to find a place to park. I thought to myself, "Bernie is overrun! I need to run in and help him!" But when I got inside, there were a few customers, as usual. The rest of the people were upstairs in our coffee shop area. A group of the high school girls at the Christian school that my kids attend have started a weekly morning prayer group, and they meet at the store. I thought that was great!

I hope you all have a great day! cheesy

Good Morning, Folks.

We have started on the downhill slope to the Weekend after a wonderful peak-of-the-week visit to the Shispering Pines yesterday.

Coasting on........
Days to the Season: 234
Days to Christmas Day: 276
Getting mighty close to Milestone #5, the 1/4 mark to Christmas Day 2011 arriving this Saturday -- the day after tomorrow.
That means we'll have to start thinking ahead to Milestone #6.
(Wow! That far along already and we're not even through March yet!)

Sunny and calm after thunder and heavy rain here last night.
More is expected on through this afternoon but you wouldn't know it by looking at the sky.
We stand currently at 56 degrees.

You have a Thrilling Thursday, Friends.
And remember -- it's Weekend Eve tomorrow!

Poor doggy! We get a lot of customers at our feed store with dogs that deal with allergies. We have a variety of foods that dogs can eat with food allergies.

I love shopping Ebay this time of year for Christmas goodies!

What a nice group of people to have there!
