Most of the christmas TV in the UK has now finished with the channel idents back to normal now, plus I leave the family on wednesday to go back to University so the christmas blues have really set in now! Such a lovely time of the year.

My Kitty is getting better and better! Is the name of the movie "The Man in the Santa Claus Suit" starring Fred Astair? I love that one. He plays, I think, 11 different characters in the movie! I show it to my students and tell them to search for the characters!

You know, that is what I thought, that the movie I mentioned was The Man In The Santa Suit but this is a new one just called The Santa Suit. Kevin Sorbo is the star. It is quite good from what I can tell !! If you watch, let us know what you think !!!! xo

Lifestyle changes are different than Fad diets, I'm getting my Group Fitness Instructors Papers this year - just for fun! :hello:
I miss my chocolate turtles, but allowed myself some eggnog over the holidays and when I grave chocolate I sink my teeth into a juicy and sweet Clementine orange instead, it seems to counteract the craving.

I would never do a fad thing as far as eating is concerned. This is a lifestyle change for sure. cheesy

I make many types of desserts if I get a craving that is actually very healthy and sugar free. One of them is homemade ice cream made with coconut and almond milk and sweetened with agave nectar. I add in fresh purred fruit for flavoring. Yummy! I just bought my ice cream machine a couple of weeks ago at a thrift store for 7 bucks and I don't think it has ever been used. Still had the instruction booklet to it. There are many other things I make that are good and healthy. I stay away from artificial sweeteners as well. Agave nectar is a fantastic natural sweetener!

You mention Group Fitness Instructors papers? Is that a permit to teach fitness?

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!! We are off to a cold start today here in central Indy. We are only expecting a high of 27 today compared to the 60 that we reached on Friday. I don't have much planned for today. I went to church this morning and then stopped at walmart on my way home. This afternoon I will probably kick back and watch some football. The colts have to win today to guarantee a playoff spot so I will definitely be watching that game. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Well, it is back to work for me tomorrow! I think I have yard duty, so I hope it is not windy. I will have the first half of Tuesday off to meet with the other third grade teachers for planning interventions for our students. Friday is a no-kid day, but it is a teacher work day. Then in February, we have the fourth week off since we are on a 6-1 calendar. Hope to talk to y'all tomorrow morning. Take care and enjoy the rest of your evening.

Hi everyone... well all the the inside Christmas decor is still up! Didn't have the umph to take it down so maybe I will do one room a night this week or just wait until the weekend. We finally were able to catch up with a good friend of the family (he is our son's godfather) and exchanged gifts today. They have the cutest little girl.. such a personality! Our daughter goes back to school tomorrow and she is NOT happy about that LOL!
Well going to get a few things done and then crawl into bed.

This is the first time in my life that here on January 2nd and back to "normal" this week and I still feel in the Christmas spirit! I love it!!!! It's going to be a GREAT WEEK because of it! :grin:

No ma'am, it's about the relation of "Spirit" to "1776." But good eye with the morse code in my signature, though. In addition to those site links, it also spells out something.
