Good Pinesday morning, my Christmas friends!
The humidity is a bit lower today, so it's a little nicer outside. There's even a cool breeze through my office this morning. I can close my eyes, feel the breeze and open last year's Mulled Cider candle jar...and it feels like fall! Ok, let's not get crazy. It's supposed to be in the mid-90's later today, but right now it's nice!

Just sitting here listening to Christmas music before going to work, I really have the Christmas bug today. I guess it is because the signs of autumn are really blooming, our local orchard is opening this weekend, mmmm cider donuts, and they always sell great Christmas stuff also. I love the fall, its such a great build up to the greatest time of year, and with the summer we have had up here fall is being welcomed (except for those darn falling leaves) with wide open arms. The nights have been nice and cool, and I did see a maple tree that was all orange and red and yellow yesterday.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!!!!! It it a cool morning here in central Indy but that isn't going to last long. It is going to warm up to near 90 this afternoon and we will be knocking on the door of triple digits by the end of the week. I don't think I'll be at the orchard this weekend. I have some work to get done before the pines tonight so I better go to it. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!
We are excited here because the temps will be dropping to the mid 90's by tomorrow! Seriously! As I mentioned (over and over) 105+ temps having been going on for way too long. This is actually a huge break in the weather. It will be hot but will not feel near as miserable as it has been.
Hello MMC friends and good Wednesday to you all! Should I say Happy Hump Day? We're half way there! Currently trying to enjoy a cup of coffee that I think I made in my Keurig at 9:45 this am. I have had to reheat it already (obviously). I hardly ever get my coffee drank without reheating. Those of you with kids can relate! Anyway, I've get a busy day ahead of me! I need to finish going through my daughter's clothes. After lunch I want to make an apple cake to use up some apples, then this evening, we have a class for my son's baptisim - he is getting bapitized Sept. 17th, so that is right around the corner! After that, we're going out to dinner with my parents and the godparents of my son, so it will be a nice evening! Hope everyone has a great day! I will be checking in everyonce in awhile! :dance:
Its great to hear things are going so well in your store! That is a good sign of things to come later in the season for shopping!
Good luck! I was up at 3:50 with my son. He just gets up once a night now for a 15 minutes or so and I thought I would get back to sleep fast, but I think I was up until 5:45 or so. I felt horrible this am. Hope you're having a good day! :grin:

Good Morning Christmas Friends. I have been thinking of you all and wanted to check in to see how everyone is doing. It's been a busy summer here and we managed to get some camping in this year. We had gone to West Yellowstone and while camping I decided to make a trip to town to browse the shops. I was pleasantly surprised to see Christmas "stuff" in some of the shops (after all it was only August 13th! I'm not complaining I say bring it on...*L) Will share some pictures if I can get them to post. It's nice to know I am not the only one who loves Christmas all year long. As a matter of fact recently a man at work was whistling a Christmas tune. My co-worker looked at me and said was he just whistling a Christmas tune? And I replied yep and it's music to my ears. I was reading in a magazine of mine that happen to have an article about Stevie Nicks. It read 25 things you don't know about me. One of them she had said "I keep holiday lights on one of my trees in the backyard all year long. Why not?" It's nice to know she thinks like many of us here on MMC. I hope you all have had a wonderful summer. Seems as if Fall is coming sooner than later here in Montana. One of my trees in the front yard I have noticed the leaves changing colors and falling into the yard already! Where has summer gone? We never did have much of a summer to begin with. Lots of rain and flooding in many areas. But I am not complaining we all made it through it and are now even closer to Christmas! Take care everyone!
