That is very important, when we bought our furniture last year we had to take out a few tables so we had less place to put decorations this year.

This is the sort of thing I fear whenever I have to drive in the snow. Driving to work this morning, I was leaving plenty of space between me and the vehicle in front of me, in case I had to stop. However, the guy behind me was following so closely that in my rear view mirror I couldn't see his headlights or his hood, just his windshield. Thank goodness he didn't rear-end me. People drive like they don't realize that when there's snow on the road, it takes plenty of space and control to stop safely. Then there are the idiots who never push the snow off their car roofs, so that big chunks of snow eventually let loose and hit someone behind them. There's more snow due here tomorrow, and I'm praying that it starts AFTER I get home from work safely.

I am sure I will be driving home during the nastiness tomorrow night.

Work seemed to drag along tonight, they were packaging up the last of the Christmas stuff to be sent to be liquidated somewhere, see you in the fall Christmas stuff. I see we made 3000 posts tonight, congratulations CM3 for making the post. I am just winding down now, got to get to bed soon I am tired tonight.

I almost forgot, I counted only 14 houses with Christmas lights still up, and one house still has their beautiful tree shining in the window. :tree:

G' Very Early Morning, I hope everyone had a very niCe Rudolph DAY. Tell me did any of you do anything Special? Who here was on the chat ? What did they suggest or discuss in the way of the notebooks?

I had a very lazy day. Its funny every time I anticipate a day off , I think of all the things i want to do. And when it gets here, I don't do any of them. sigh!
At , any rate I did work on my resume. There is a long term sub position coming open in march and it has been posted and they are requesting the resume etc. I did a long term position in the fall at this same district so maybe I have a chance at this one.

Found a great tv station today. It was a great find for me. They show a lot of old moviesin black and white with the old Hollywood actors and actresses. You know them, the ones with talent. Anyhow, I dont get TCM, and AMC is a joke as far as classic movies go, so Iwas very happy about this.

I made a few Christmas desserts today , in honor of Rudolph DAy, I plan to work on my notebook tomorrow, Have a good nite everyone. see you tomorrow. Good Nite - MAY YOU HAVE WARM FUZZY THOUGHTS OF cHRISTMAS TO COME !:treeguy:

Wowzers, I only have 107 posts to catch up on since I posted this morning... In the meantime, congratz to #3000! Go Caninemom3! I particularly enjoyed the last few threads before 3000 - it was like she was sneaking up on it, like a cheshire cat, then pounce! Too cute! ...I wish I had been here for my first Rudolph Day! I surely would have appreciated organizing notebooks. It's past midnight and I'm working on a migraine - goodnite friends!

Good Morning everyone! its already hump day and we are in the last week of January. Something is wrong with my computer and its moving at the speed of a snail. kind of like 1996 dial up speed slow,like when you would type a paragraph and your done by the time anything pops up on the screen.I'm not good with fixing and diagnosing problems,about all I know to do is unplug the router and modem then plug it back in.

Good morning!!!!! An unexpected snow day today! First they said mostly rain, and then on the 5:00 news last night, they said 6-10 inches!!! We have a few inches already!

I hope it slows a bit because we suddenly have no hot water and I hope the repairman can make it... I about passed out from cold in the shower, haha!

You need a lazy day every now and then, glad you found that new station, I love old movies, especially the Marx brothers.
