days to christmas day: 333
now under 2 1/2 weeks off from the one quarter season milestone!

Incredibly, we started this morning above the 30's and currently stand at 44 degrees under oppressive, leaden skies.
The weather service says 100% chance of rain this morning. Shouldn't that mean it's raining? None falling here.

Ok. I'm happy to report (for some, not me) that carl has recovered his composure after his feeling of being snubbed in the last opera chapter and has resumed his coffee experiments which will be available for all bold taste testers at the shispering pines today. He muttered something about guavas as he passed by. << shudder! >>
anyway, be you in a sampling mood or not, holiday and i hope to see each and every one of you at the 'pines.
