Keep the posts coming! We are awesome! Looking forward to getting off of work in a 1/2 hour. Suppose to get an inch of ice tonight so hoping for a delay into work tomorrow morning!

Well here is an extra post to help the post count. Still working away at work, looking forward to the snow storm that is coming. Others want to strangle me because they don't like snow. lol. It makes it feel like Christmas again so they can go away haha. Well back to work I go.

All right, I wasn't going to complain about snow again, but it'll get us one closer to 3500 ... Another snowstorm predicted tomorrow through Wednesday night ... the amounts predicted have been moving upward all day. It'll be white-knuckle driving trying to get to work and then to get home safely tomorrow. Before all is said and done, another 15 or 16 inches are possible in my neighborhood. Some streets are down to single lanes; some roofs are collapsing; icicles the size of swords ... it isn't a joke anymore. It's frightening. (Apologies for the downer. Had to vent.)

I managed to find 75 lbs of salt. That should give me enough to cover the sidewalk 6 times plus the apartment complex should come through at some point tomorrow and put down salt. Hopefully that will get us through all of this ice that is getting ready to start here in about an hour.

While I was out I also picked up a 32 inch Vizio lcd tv. Now I am ready for the Super Bowl next weekend and The Daytona 500!!!!!!!!!!

Mom was going to buy a new entertainment center but we couldn't agree on one that we liked. So she bought the $300 laptop at walmart. It doesn't look bad for the price. Now I just have to teach her how to use it.
