Then you should be sure to see the movie "The Night They Saved Christmas" with Art Carney playing Santa and June Lockhart playing Mrs Claus.
There are extended scenes showing "North Pole City" and Santa's workshop with detailed explanations of how Santa operates and makes his deliveries.
It was made back in 1984 before the now obligatory crudeness and coarseness.
Pure magic!
It's one of my favorite Christmas movies and one I make it a point to watch every year.
Good afternoon Christmas family !
Well, this will be the 3rd midnight shift tonight. I can't say it has been easy, in fact it is quite challenging. Isn't that what life is all about sometimes, challenges ?? I am thankful to have found another job and so quickly. I am tired but I am sure I will adjust !!
I hope everyone is doing well today. It is so cold here !! It started out at 10 degrees this morning !!d
Have a wonderful rest of Wednesday Christmas family ! xo
Well just got home clearing snow again another 6 inches of snow here. Beats the foot and more I am hearing about to the south of me. Oh well suppose to warm up some over the weekend they say. Might even go out on the deck and work on my tan if it does.
:
Wow never seen it, In fact not sure I even knew about it, Have to find it and watch it.
That is very nice of you to offer! I think we are the only family in the world (besides my parents) that has our text messaging blocked. I try to keep our family plan as low as possible and don't want to pay the 30 bucks a month for unlimited text. I had it on and would pay per text but I kept getting text spam? (is that the correct word to use?) I called ATT and told them to block it on our plan. I think it's crazy to have to pay for each text that you don't want to receive.
I think Wayne (Snow-in-Texas) might start following it again. He quit watching it for awhile. I guess he could fill me in when I get off work.
Thanks again for the offer though!
Superdave: I really like your signature textIt is definitely true!
today was the first lunch with all the interns, and as I was waiting and waiting no one came, I started getting worried, wondering if i was in de wrong place. Numerous people passed me by, i felt really stupid. In the end it turned out there was a lunch seminar at the same time, and a lot of interns went there, luckily one nice person did come and have lunch with me, I felt really lonelyI am just not used to just going up to people, so I felt really shy just standing there

I am looking forward to meeting Carl tonight![]()
Sent home from work on "medical leave." Geez, I think they're overreacting to a simple head cold. I feel fine.
A few days off is understandable, but a leave of absence?
How is everyone tonight?
Good evening Christmas friends,
Pretty good night tonight, I will start by saying: I got a promotion at my job, I am back as a manager, starting Saturday. I am so happy I will be spending more time at home with my family since I will be only working one night a week, the rest of the week I will be home by 4:30pm. I was superstitious about talking about it after the disappointment I had back in the summer when I didn't get it.
LC will be going to daycare which I think he needs, he never has really played with kids his age and it will help him learn more also since it is a daycare/preschool. It also means I won't miss some good Boston Bruins games like tonights I missed, seeing the highlights they won the game, but it looked like a game right out of "Slap Shot," the Paul Newman movie, I wish I didn't miss that game. Not to many more late nights on MMC for me.
Have a good night! :hi:
Made, what new crafts are you doing this year? I love crafting!Good Morning Everyone!!!!! It is going to be a chilly couple of days here in central Indy with highs around 15 degrees. There is some relief in sight with highs in the 40's next week. I don't have anything planned for today. I will probably spend the day looking for new Christmas crafts to do this year. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!
Congrats on the promotion, but more importantly, congrats on being able to spend more time with your family! :dance:Good evening Christmas friends,
