I'm sitting here watching "the first 48" on A&E channel and double checking the lock on my door!! and they are having a marathon it comes on all night. me and the dogs are settled in for the night. snowball(bulldog) has squeezed under the bed and snoring,and pookie(dashund) is nestled up beside me. later on tonight snowball will bark that means look out he wants to jump on the bed. i guess he barks as a warning to let pookie know to get out of the way because she will attack if you mess with her while she is catching some zzzz's...well goodnight everyone talk to you all in the morning!

I know its freaky right? It's 50F here in Vtown right now..cloudy and overcast. I love the mall in gainesville btw! always go broke there...how long are you going to be in Jville? I always go the the riverside/avalon district where they have great restuarants and good nightlife! Have a great time!cheesy

The mall was pretty great! We're going back sometime later this week because we didn't get to go through it all (Megan spent FOREVER in Giti and it took up all the time we had, lol).

We were just in Jax from 7-10 tonight to visit her brothers and celebrate their birthday. We had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory (my first time!) at the St. John's mall, which I LOVE! I haven't yet been to Riverside/Avalon...I will have to ask my friends where that is, because we're thinking of going out in Jax Friday night and we need some good dance club ideas!

Hi all!

Today was a lovely day, despite the overcast and cool weather. Mall shopping was fun...we didn't get to go through the whole mall since Megan took nearly two hours in one store, so we will finish up sometime later this week. I didn't really find anything to buy, which is good bc it saves me money, but bad because nothing fit right and that makes me sad, haha. Ohhh the life of a semi-shopaholic.

Afterwards, she, fiance and I drove to Jax to have dinner at the Cheesecake Factory with her twin brothers, whose birthday was today. My food was delicious (and the portions were HUGE)!! It took us over two hours to get back to Gainesville though because there was a HUGE accident on I-295 and we were literally right behind it. Watched the Jaws of Life come out and tear doors off the SUV, watched them load 2 stretchers of people into ambulances...it was a little freaky. Luckily no one had life threatening injuries so that made it a little easier to deal with.

I am off to bed so I can get rest for Megan's bridal appointment tomorrow! She is really excited and so am I!! Take care, friends!

Morning all! Mydarling little girl had me up at 5am, she was wide awake shouting mamamama!! Luckily she didnt wake my other 2 girls up!

Getting fed up with the weather here, one minute its really nice and I think spring is defo here, then the next day its cold and gloomy! I want some nice weather after the awful winter we had!!!

Going to get on with some housework once ive taken the older kids to school, my little one should have a nap then too, I should be able to get everything done I need to!

Well best get breakfasts ready for the kids before getting them ready, have a fab day everyone! :

Oh that so sounds like me when I go shopping. I finally get some money to go and get so excited, and then I leave semi-depressed because nothing fits right! What is Giti? I've never heard of that store.

Glad that there were no life threatening injuries in the accident, but I can only imagine how scary the scene must have been to watch.

Well, it looks like we got out of last night with out any snow! Thank goodness! I just don't know if I could handle snow for a 3rd time in one week - at least not this late in March. Christmas spirit or not, it is still supposed to be spring around here!

Got a couple of various things going on for work today - although none of it was scheduled out. I am hoping to still be around this morning at 10 because the Cardinals mascot, Fredbird, is coming to my daughters daycare today for a Opening Day Eve Party. They're having free hotdogs and sodas and such for the kids and residents (she goes to a daycare that is inside of a nursing home.) It should be a lot of fun! So here's to hoping they don't need me at work!

I feel your pain. My niece committed suicide at age 25. It is SO HARD to deal with.

Seawaters, I am so sorry. xo It never really does go away does it ? It's been nearly 18 years since my first husband passed.......I still have "flashbacks" of the scene sometimes when I go in that room.....

Laney I am so sorry, will keep all in my prayers.

Laney, I am so sorry. My cousin committed suicide at 20 about 5 years ago and my childhood friend about 2 years ago. It is such a difficult thing to deal with. Prayers that you can find some peace.
