Christmas Countdown - 2011

Our family's top 4 days of the year;

1. Christmas - celebrate the birth of our savior Jesus Christ
2. Easter - celebrate the atoning death, burial, and resurrection Jesus Christ
3. Thanksgiving
4. Major League Baseball opening day! We would personally rather watch an MLB spring training game than the Super Bowl.

I can agree with all of these except #4. I would change that one to LAST DAY OF SCHOOL FOR THE YEAR!!!....or better yet....THE FIRST DAY OF OUR LATEST TRIP TO THE SMOKY MOUNTAINS!!!cheesy

yo Bradmac, what disciplines is he doing? sprints? mid-distance, long distance? I love track...especially 100-400 and the long jump.

He's doing better in the long distance running. If I tried to keep up, he could run ahead of me and get the ambulance.cheesy

Good evening! i am about to call it a night...my dog pookie is driving me crazy at the moment..she is not liking her new food and she just keeps staring at me. I was up doing dishes and laundry and she went and laid on the bed waiting for me..now I am done and was about to turn off the light..hop in bed and get comfy now she decides she wants to get up,and I don't know what the heck she wants she just keeps staring at me!! okay one more day then the weekend!! have a good night everyone!

Road trip!!! Just found out I am going to leave after work tomorrow to go Miami beach with a few friends..south beach here I come! I need work on my tan! hope everyone is having an awesome thursday! VSU are you still in Florida?? is the weather terrible there?

That's quite a difference from your trip last week to the great white north, eh? It's been in the upper 80's all week down there. Have a great time!

Is anyone going to see Hop? My 4 year old great nephew is thrilled about it and I think I am gonna join 'em. Easter isn't one of my favorites but I think it looks kinda interesting.

My JP wants to see it, and I wouldn't mind seeing it myself, looks pretty good.

I am so thrilled Casey is still in!

I agree that Scotty and Lauren sounded pretty good. Me and my mom both voted for Casey last night for about an hour straight so I was happy that he was safe tonight.

This show Mobbed looks like it is going to be good. Anyone watching? It's on Fox right now 8-9 pm central time. This girl is going to be surprised with an over the top wedding proposal.

I agree that Scotty and Lauren sounded pretty good. Me and my mom both voted for Casey last night for about an hour straight so I was happy that he was safe tonight.

My mom and I did the same! She hasn't been able to watch much of AI but I have shown her youtube videos of Casey. She loves him and said she will vote for him every Wednesday even if she misses the show.

I thought it was really good. Hopefully they do more of them.cheesy

I had to grab a box of tissue on that show! Tears of joy!

Rough day at work, I was really in a bad mood, and they were really ticking me off, not letting me get done what needed to get done. It started when I set my alarm for the wrong time, but I still woke up in time to get to work on time, had to skip shaving though. My Bruins lost a close one tonight, playoffs start in less than 2 weeks, I hope this is their year to raise the Stanley Cup, speaking of championships, (sound confident don't I) the Red Sox start tomorrow, and I have never seen the amount of hype around this team before, I hope they win it all this year. Getting ready for hopefully the last snowstorm of the first half of the year, I told the boys this may be the last time they see snow until Christmastime. Ahhhh Christmastime!
