And with this post, KerWa was poster #7,900. You will not believe the prize: a slightly used Mood Ring that has no moods left!!! Hooray!
Wouldn't that just be a moodless ring then?

Good evening, Christmas Family.

The transformation is complete !! I have returned to Un-kumquat-ness back into a transcriptionist !! I am planning on trying the melatonin, though. Do you get it at the GNC store or where ??

Good evening,

Laying down getting ready for bed, my older son JP is going to be 6 years old in a few hours, I can't believe he is already that old. I have been doing some looking online for things of my childhood, I looked up Voltron and Transformers recently, and tonight I have been searching and reading about Garbage Pail Kids, I think everyone my age had those back in the mid-80's. I loved them and had a ton of them. They were crude and crass but that was the fun of them, I don't think in the P.C. world we live in now, they would have been accepted. Oh the memories of my childhood. Don't even mention the Red Sox right now. cheesy

Have a great night!

Good morning all! Have a couple hours to kill before I go to my yearly physical exam at 8 am. I asked for the earliest appt time like usual because I like to get these things out of the way first thing, not the kind of thing for me I like to dwell on all morning or afternoon. and believe me I tend to dwell! not that I try too,but Dr's offices are nerve racking to me. hours you sit, wait, sit wait. Anyhow, then it's off to work I should be home by 315 or so ...but who's counting right?:) have a great morning everyone!

I was on vacation for a week and missed probably 50 pages of the countdown! I read a few yesterday, but couldn't get to them all. Mom, DD, & I went to The Incredible Christmas Place. I bought a plush Elf on the Shelf for DD & fireplace matches in a Christmassy tin with our initial for DH. Nothing for poor old mommy! DD had me to take her picture with large characters all around the store. She's a Christmas fan just like me. DD is all geared up for the Easter egg hunt & it's almost two weeks away.

Have a great day.
Sounds like a great store, this Incredible Christmas Place. I wish I had a store like that near my home! You were able to do some christmas shopping in april, lucky you! No chance for me to do that, I'll just have to wait until october.:-? But heh: that's no longer than six months away! Woo-hoo!

I take melatonin too. This sounds silly but all I can handle is 1/4, or less, of a pill and puts me out and it's all natural.

CM3 you should try it. I hope you get some sleep!

I'm going to try it, too. It's nice to hear from you and gabulldawg that it works.

MerryCarey, RJD said you should get your own show. He thinks you're great and so do we! cheesy

Yes, she was!

Yep, I do and she should!

It was a great show all around - very enjoyable!

I hate waiting, too! Have a great morning - 3:15 will be here before you know it cheesy

Good Morning .... it has been rainy/over cast here the past few days with a chill in the air. Reminds me of a Fall say and not a spring day. Needless to say now I am pinning for the fall holidays and of course Christmas. Anyway I scored some great deals (75% off) this past week and picked up some Christmas gifts and our son's b-day present...hehehe and his b-day is not until Aug.

Hubby is going to the Sixers basketball game night so it will be just be me and kids tonight... hummm maybe I can pop in a christmas movies....

Well hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning!

I have a slight headache right now - I'm sure it will go away as the morning goes by and my coffee kicks in.

Willa and the babies survived the night outside. She has them next to the truck tire and won't let anyone near them. She will come up to me to be petted, though. I went to charge my camera yesterday so I could get pictures of the kittens and found that the power cord has wires exposed in the middle. Really not sure how that happened as I had it neatly put away in the drawer with the camera and dock. Oh, well. My brother is going to look at it later today when he gets done with school and if he can't fix it I will track a new one down on Friday.

Work starts in a few minutes. The day goes by quite fast because I look forward to doing my Ballecore workout in the late afternoon. I do the 20-minute one and am working up to fitting the 55-minute one into my day. I bought the book years ago because it sounded interesting - just started last month and now I find I can't go a day without working out :)

Have a great morning!!!!

Fantastic! My second prize in two weeks time. What a good idea to follow this thread. And a terrific prize it is! That's one item less on my wish list for this year. Thank you all.

Sorry Carl's picture is SO BIG! I guess he likes that kind of attention to take up a whole page. cheesy
Carl says please don't apologize, C-A-H!
(That narcissistic camel!)

Good Morning, Friends of the Shispering Pines, Carl and Christmas!

Incredibly, we are already once again at the peak-of-the-week and psyched for another visit to the 'Pines to see what Carl has whipped up.
Well, to leak the secret out, the Pines' friendly activities director says he has discovered extra red frosting left over from Valentine's day in the back of the refrigerator so all the fired twinkies today will be red-frosted -- but just as delicious, of course!

What else is incredible?
Why, how far down the count has declined, that's what!
Days to the Season: 214
Days to Christmas Day: 256
As can be readily told, the 200-day Season Window is a scant 2 weeks off and we are now under 2 weeks away from the 1/3 Christmas Day marker!

Allright. We shall see each and every one of you who can come at the 'Pines today for a heapin' helpin' of sweet southern iced tea, red fired twinkes, Carl and lots of Christmas fellowship.

Have a Wonderful Wednesday, Everyone!
