Today I spent time with family, found stock for the store, did some research, talked to my ex (not easy), took a 2-mile walk, had a cherry cheesecake frappuccino (so yummy! - liquid maraschino cherries is what it tasted like to me), did another workout when I figured out how many calories were in the coffee (396), and then spent the past forty-five minutes or so trying to catch up on the posts in the Countdown. I love busy days!

Tomorrow morning I have errands to run and then I have to work. Need to get some decent sleep tonight!

Good morning to all!

Last night was soooooo amazing to be here on MMC - to listen to MCR...and then when I signed off, I went downstairs to watch some TV with hubby and According to Jim was a Christmas episode! How fitting (and simply wonderful)!

Just getting ready for a very busy day. Work has been terribly busy these days - but I'm hiring an assistant so there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Hey XMAS...I hope you are feeling better!!! I read your post from last night. I just love the picture of Santa in your signature line!

Well...gonna fly for now - but I wanted to wish everyone a very merry day!
 
Morning Everyone,
Its stranage being in the UK I always seem to be on here alone due to time differences. It takes an age to catch up on all the posts I missed last night.
I have no idea on how to quote multiple posts (oh the shame) so this is the best I can do I am afraid:

Congrats on the lovely baby scan - in the UK its the norm and all parents are offered 2 sonograms one at 12 weeks the next at 20 weeks. Its all going to be soooo exciting for you - chirstmas will add a whole new dimension for you.

Congrats on becoming and Grandma again in October. I have 4 children and without wishing their lives away, I cant wait for them to begin their own families and become a Grandma.

I've liked the Facebook page (I'm Naomi) I have that on my phone so will be easier for me to keep in touch more often.

I am working today and then off tutoring this evening so my parents are kindling helping with the kids whilst my husband is away - they are so great. I'm just going to try and add Live365 to my phone so I can listen to MMC Radio - wish me luck!

As long as you share the love of Christmas...then you are never alone!

I know what yoy mean...when I'm at work all day and log into MMC...WOW - that catching up on posts takes a while! That's why I'm so happy to be able to view MMC better now on my BB. It gives me a head start reading posts on the way home from work. Actually...it helps for the way into work too (like now).

Being a grand-parent is so amazingly wonderful! I never really "got it" until I became one! And I totally love it! And you will too when the time comes!

I have a headache and lots to do today - grrrrr. It rained last night, but the water went down in the basement - yay! Mouse hurt her paw and is walking with a limp - she keeps tugging on one of her claws, but I clipped them recently and don't see anything wrong. Will keep checking her when she lets me. She's doing the major avoidance thing right now :(

I clarified with my cousin about the radio - her husband bought her a receiver that gets all of the internet radio station groups plus other things (not sure what) via her WiFi - sorry for the confusion!

I hope you (and Mouse) feel better soon! Try to take some down time today. You had such a busy day yesterday...maybe some relaxation will do the trick. Throw on a Christmas movie - or a Cristmas CD! Maybe that will help.

Good morning, Christmas Family !

I just finished my midnight shift about 45 minutes ago..but I can't sleep. I am too worried about my Wishbone. He has been doing fine ever since he got over that episode of whatever it was......but I keep thinking what if he should have another episode and I am not in the room to help him?? It is just me and my furkids home right now......Maybe I should go and lay on the couch in the living room....That way, I would be where he is......

I hope all have a great day !! And Thank you for your prayers. I guess I should have just posted my prayer request in the Countdown instead of making a new thread.........I just didn't want to bring anyone down........

Indeed! It is Wednesday and time to meet at the 'Pines for more of Carl's hijinks and hilarity. Not to mention those delicious fired twinkies and all the Sweet Southern Iced Tea you can drink.

When we went for our boys ultrasounds, (they only allow one per pregnancy here unless something is wrong probably insurance company mandate) we were lucky we got the 3D ultrasound pictures, we were able to see JP had my wife's chin, could see LC sucking his thumb. My wife has put the pictures in the scrapbooks. It feels like forever ago now.

With my daughter's 3 pregnancies, she had a sonogram with every doctor visit. I guess it's different depending on where you go.

How cut to see LC sucking his thumb!
