Good early evening, everyone. My dentist appointment was at 2:30 today and I got out at 4:51!!! For some reason, that root canal did me in. Then the novocaine wore off and heaven help me! Whoa, what pain! Thank goodness the doctor wrote a prescription for pain medication! When I got to school today, the kids told me about the bad thunderstorm we had last night with hail, thunder, and lightning. I had no clue!!! I slept through it all! I am going to get ready for dinner. I told hubby that I am only going to have some soup. I am hungry, but don't want to cause any more pain. My crown won't be ready for another week or two. Have a great evening, everyone.

Good morning, Christmas friends. It is a little bit chilly here in northern California, but I am sure it will get a LOT warmer as the day goes by. I did not sleep well last night because of the pain, but I do feel a little better this morning... I would love to visit the Pines tomorrow, so I am hoping Carl will have given the tea and coffee a little extra "punch" so I can do without the pain pills. Have a great day everyone.

Ooh, I'm sympathizing with your teeth. I've had so much work done through the years that I feel for you. I still wish you could've gone to my current dentist---he's so good. A few days of healing and a cup of Carl's special root canal potion, and you should be feeling fine soon.

No quicker way to zap the Christmas spirit from me than some heat and humidity, prior to our a/c units being put in the windows!

Sitting down relaxing my heel, it is really bothering me today, I may not get the lawn mowed with the threat of rain, and the heel. So I will clean up in the house, after the boys ran roughshod through this place. Another exciting game last night, just one more win away reaching the Stanley Cup Final, the goalie Tim Thomas was great, the radio commentators were doing those jokes like the Chuck Norris thread, my favorite was "Superman wears Tim Thomas pajamas." I may surprise my wife and kids by making chocolate chip cookies for them.

It's gonna be another hot day down here in Orlando, but that's ok. We're going to Aquatica, Seaworld's new huge water park! It ought to be fun!

After a whole day at Seaworld yesterday, we rode around for a half hour looking for an ice cream but couldn't find one. We finally got a McFlurry at McDonald's. I can't believe we can't find ice cream down here!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's gonna be another hot day down here in Orlando, but that's ok. We're going to Aquatica, Seaworld's new huge water park! It ought to be fun!

After a whole day at Seaworld yesterday, we rode around for a half hour looking for an ice cream but couldn't find one. We finally got a McFlurry at McDonald's. I can't believe we can't find ice cream down here!

Did you try Downtown Disney? It's been 9 years since we were there, but if I remember correctly I think there was 2 or 3 different places that sold ice cream.

And with this post, Judesmama and Noel's mama, too, is poster #10,900. Way to go. And for her efforts, she will receive a great prize: a dehumidifier!! Well, not exactly--it's a packet of that gel that comes in new shoes, purses, etc. that helps keep the product dry. You know--silica gel!!

Ughhhh, it's that time again - humidity is back! Blah!

Glad to hear you are feeling better. When I broke my tailbone my doctor gave me a stern talking to about me not wanting to take pain meds. He put me on them every 6 hours and I had better stop trying to be brave and take them! But the little extra punch helps too LOL!

Well, my little guy LC, is sick I had to go pick him up from daycare, he is running a fever, stuffy, and complaining of a sore throat. Poor little monster he is such a trooper though. Just letting him relax watching his favorite cartoons, maybe he will go down for a nap.

Morning all! Yesterday we got the Fall/Winter 2011 Sears book! No Christmas stuff but still exciting news.

I get so excited at the hint of anything to do with Fall/Winter!

This morning was my jogging morning and now I'm starving!

Are you running too?! I have been running for several months now. I ran this morning. =)

Well, my little guy LC, is sick I had to go pick him up from daycare, he is running a fever, stuffy, and complaining of a sore throat.

Poor little guy! I guess my daughter is lucky. If her kids get sick they stay here with grandma so she can work and I know daycares can't keep them when they are ill. If it's serious, she takes off work. I hope LC gets well soon.

I hear you on that. The only problem, I cannot take painkillers at school; so I take super-charged (400mg) ibuprofin. Then it takes a while to catch up to the pain after work.

Wayne gets really bad headaches. I feel so bad for him when he does. I sure hope your mom is feeling better.
